Filthy. We have rented in the Tahoe Keys for 15 years. However, in the last three years the houses have been so dirty and in need of such serious repair that they were uninhabitable (broken stairs and water from the bathroom coming through the kitchen light fixture in two houses). We wasted precious time on our vacation while they found better accommodations or, in the last house, attempted to clean it well enough so we could feel comfortable taking our shoes off, and touching the bannister to safely climb stairs. This year we decided to go elsewhere because management's service was so terrible; no concern at all for our inconvenience. After all, it's not their vacation. We were charged $655.81 for one night's stay. Ironically, this included $175 cleaning fee. Not only was it filthy, the windows had no screens and there was no a\C. Heat or bugs, take your pick. Most of the view was obscured due to dirt or gas between the dual panes. We managed to find great accommodations elsewhere for $1,500 less. Stay away from Tahoe Keys Managed properties. They are renting a substandard product for top dollar.

This house was a dream come true! Beautiful, comfortable, great kitchen, nice deck, and close to a private beach. We had a wonderful week and can't wait to rent this house again! (Only possible downside was no Wi-fi, which turned out to be a blessing!)

Our family met here for our annual trip to Tahoe. We stayed a week (8 of us). There are a lot of pluses to this house. The view is great morning, noon and night, plus the park is directly out the front door and you are only steps to the Key Resort swimming beach. Being at the end of the channel there is very little boat traffic making swimming great. Only suggestion, they need WiFi and the place could use a very deep cleaning.

We took our children and grandchildren for the Presidents Holiday week end and a few extra day to Tahoe. We all enjoyed the comforts the the home we rented and enjoy the use of their snow item to play with. It was located in Tahoe Keys which made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. They also keep the roads clear for us to drive.
We all had a great time and will return again.
