Lake ForestA good house but some issues

We did stay at this house for 6-days in July 2012.
The Good - The property is very nice and the backyard is good. The area was very quiet and we overall we had a great time. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need.
The Bad - The master bath toilet the chain would pull out of the flapper every 1-2 days. Very irritating at 2am when the toilet will not flush and you need to lift up the lid to fix it. Called the Property Management company the next day but no one ever came to fix it.
The DVD player in the Living room and Family room didn't work at all. The only DVD player that worked was in the master bedroom. Very irritating because we had brought Dvd's for or children and we couldn't play them. Called the property management company and they never came out to fix the issue.
We also discovered the jets in the Master Bathroom Jacuzzi tub didn't work either. After the lack of response on the other issues we didn't bother to call about this one. -

Very pleasant stay. Very nice spacious rooms and property. Location was great 5 mins away from safeway and shopping centers and 10 mins from sierra. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with the Danube home. The pictures on the site just don't do it justice. The neighborhood was lovely and we enjoyed many morning and evening walks. Just beautiful.

The home was well kept and spacious. I liked the large backyard with the hot tub and the pool table in the family room. We barbequed almost every night on the deck overlooking the dock, and enjoyed evenings under the stars. The wireless internet kept us connected, while televisions in every room helped us catch up on all of the movies we wanted to see. It is a home rental that feels like a stay at your own private 5 star hotel. We look forward to spending more summer vacations here.

Sliding doors falling apart and need replaced. they fall out every time you open them. Really need ceiling fans in master bdr and living room at least. Windows and screens very dirty. Don't know when they were last cleaned. Refrigerator needs to be turned on sooner. Food almost spoiled because it took 24 hours for refrigerator to get cold enough to cool food. Beds were very comfortable. Would probably stay here again.

Excellent location. Very clean home. stayed during christmas 2008. Nice backyard with lot of snow. Kids can play safely.
