We had a wonderful week during winter break.
The house was clean and well kept. Easy access to ski areas. Fenced-in back
yard, very well suited for a family with a dog.
Bedrooms and baths clean and comfortable.
For a family that enjoys home made meals, the kitchen could be better
equipped with modern utensils.
House rule/instructions were easy to find and follow.
We felt welcomed to this vacation home, and give our recommendations.
We stayed there for 7 days in February and returned for a weekend later in the
winter of 2010.

Everything was on point from the time we arrived at the office and received our keys through check out. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed here with a family of four plus grandparents. The house was really spacious with nice/clean bathrooms and a great living room and kitchen area. The heat lamps in the bathrooms were really great after long walks around the scenic neighborhood. It has a deck in the back that was very pretty and semi-secluded, though we hardly went out there because there was so much nearby to do.
It is located near the Heavenly Ski Resort pretty far up the mountain so it is quiet and away from the city although it is only a short 10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere in South Lake Tahoe. It's located close to the casinos and the lake. Our favorite place to go were the Shops at Heavenly, which were really close.
The only thing you should beware of is the wildlife. There were signs warning us about bears and we saw some chipmunks and squirrels. We also saw a small field mouse run through the house. This really didn't bother us much, but those who are not fond of wildlife should beware! -

We stayed for a 3 day weekend! we loved the home very cozy! and theres notes all over the house explaining everything! it was everything we expected and more! great location very private. Kitchen was a great size for cooking. Kids played out in the back yard on the patio. They even got to see a coyote!Loved it and will be back

We first stayed at June Way in 2007 so returning in 2009 we were again treated to a perfect example of family-friendly accomodation.
Just round the corner to the tram, lifts and base services location-wise it's excellent.
Although not modernistic in decor all of the services actually work and deliver what a family need to have an "aggro" free and relaxing holiday on the slopes.
This property offers great value for money, away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street!
We even tobogganed along the road outside!
