Phoenix1454 Bonita Was Perfect For Us

Had a group of 7 skiers and the property worked perfectly. We had a Suburban which was critical as more than one vehicle could have been cramped. But the location, condition, and amenities were fine for our group of seasoned travellers. Budget time and money for a taxi if you want to hit the casinos, but no more than 15 minutes and $12 one-way.
We'll plan to stay here the next time we hit South Lake! -

Oklahoma City, OKSpacious house - a little short on kitchen ware

We enjoyed our stay at this home; the location, though not what I would call within walking distance of the base, was a short drive away and the parking lot was never too crowded. We enjoyed the hot tub, the large rooms, and having plenty of chairs in the living room for all to hang out and watch TV. We had some problems with the TV picture and the garbage disposal, but the management company responded promptly to our requests for assistance. Cons: we like to cook suppers to save money, and there was no crock pot, or even a cookie sheet, and some of the stove-top pans were warped and in need of replacement. The gas burners worked, but were sometimes difficult to start. Seems like the sleeper sofa needed to be replaced also - it was like sitting on a sway-backed horse! (it really dipped in the middle!) Management only supplied one towel per person for the stay; with the hot tub, it would have been nice to have two towels per person. Except for those minor issues, it was a great location and price.

Nice clean freshly painted with new carpets. Seems like its been recently refreshed, but nothing fancy. Beds are good, everything works, furnace is quiet, neighborhood is quiet, the location, very near Heavenly, is wonderful. The hot tub worked really well and felt great after a day of skiing but it wasn't very romantic because it is situated right below the driveway retaining wall. All in all, a nice clean house, pet friendly, and the price wasn't bad.

A group of us guys take a trip out west every year. We always look for a great place at a reasonable price. We found a gem this year. It was convenient, clean, and fit the bill for us as a group. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place close to the lifts with the amenities we needed.
