One. Word. Huge! When we pulled up to the drive way it looked big on the outside, but when we entered the front door, we didnt realize the actual amount of square footage, I mean, 4000 sq ft, wow! Very nice layout, but the only reason why I didnt say excellent was due to the fact that some of the furniture was outdated, but other than that really fun home. The major plus was the man cave on the bottom floor...definitely a place to go with a large group. The consensus all night was "Put this one in the books so we can come here annually!"

We rented this house during the Christmas holidays 2012. There were 10 of us and we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and plenty big enough for us all to have some quiet time if needed.Checking in was a nice experience, and the girl who checked us in was very knowledgable about the area and activities. I would definatly stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying in this house for a weekend! Not only is this house 3 stories with plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out, but it also has a great kitchen fully stocked with cooking items and dishes/silverware for a very large group and ample table and counter space. We loved that there was a grill, hot tub, pinball machine, pool table, wetbar, and big TVs with lots of seating area. It was very close to town and grocery stores although the back of the house did not have much privacy as many houses were only less than 50 yards away. Great place! We would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect place for a fun and quiet vacation! We were lucky enough to stay here in the spring and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful location, the gourmet kitchen, hot tub, pool table, pinball, large screen TVs, and the spacious bed and bathrooms - we hardly ever left the house! It is a perfect family reunion-type home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the lake, casinos, and restaurants to get the full Tahoe experience. I truly hope to have the chance to return someday very soon!

This home was spectacular and perfectly suited our needs for a ladies' retreat/getaway. There were only 4 of us (lucky us!), but this home could have comfortably accommodated each of our families, as well - it's super spacious with many bedrooms. The entire home was stocked with everything we could possibly hope for. We loved everything about staying here. Lots of windows, plenty of light, and open and airy inside, with the living room extending out to the large deck simply by opening the sliding door. Wonderful!

I stayed in this beautiful home in May 2012 and it was the perfect getaway for my 'girls' weekend! It has a chef's kithen we loved and used a lot as it was already stocked with every utensil imaginable and top of the line appliances. The gorgeous, huge, deck right off of living room became our favorite hanging out spot! The master suite is a sight to behold too!! Every level of this home is like it's own separate retreat...the layout is absolutely perfect for a large group or family and we just loved every part of our weekend because of this comfortable home!

What a great house! Location is maybe 5 min from Heavenly and less than 10 min to the casinos. Nice quite street and easy to find. Check- in was easy and the folks at Tahoe Keys were nice and helpful.
Lots of bedrooms, all with Tv's. Game room downstairs had a pool table, pinball machine and foosball table. Very comfortable furnishings, looked almost new to me.
Plenty of room for our family of 6 plus 2 of the kids friends. Great time, we will definitely stay here again! -

This is the best place to stay with Your kids & Grandkids. Great down stairs family room, the kids only came up stairs to eat. Snowtime is the best, big area to play in outside in the snow!

My family loved this place and its location. It was very close to the lake and casionos and far enough that it was nice and peaceful. House was big enough to where every member enjoyed their space and room. I have already made recommendations to family and friends about this paticular location. House was also clean and comfortable.

We had six guys staying at this property for 5 days of skiing. The place is great. 5 minutes from Heavenly. Great Kitchen and great room in basement. Hot tub was both hot and large. 4 fireplaces. 3 car garage, plenty of bathrooms.
Nothing but great things to say. Really enjoyed the place and have no negative comments. -

Our family of 15 had a vacation of a lifetime in this beautiful house. The floor plan allowed for privacy and parties at the same time. The management was very helpful and seemed to join in our excitement of this reunion. We stayed for five days and had everything we needed. The huge upper level kitchen & dining room allowed us all to eat together. The multiple gas fireplaces provided warmth and atmosphere. The billiard room on the lower level was the central gathering place for games & movies. The only thing we disliked was leaving!

Staff were friendly and helpful. House was big and comfortable. Only complaint was the stereo system. At this price there should be a real stereo system, not just a simple CD Player.

We've vacationed with Tahoe Keys Resort for the last 8-10 years. And every year it has been great! This last visit was not what we expected. My family and I were excited to be renting a place very similar to the one we had the year before. Upon arrival, we were stunned with the outcome of what the home looked like. Inside was a different story. The home was very old, it seemed they didn't want to spend any money to update the inside. It made us feel as though we were visiting someone elses grandparents house. Pictures of their family were up everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Very creepy I might add. In every room, portraits of them, in black and white, religious crosses, artificial plants that collected dust. Oh, and the dust, it was everywhere. The sheets in every room was not clean. Some of us ended up not using any sheets at all. Very erie place. We ended up staying 2 nights, but when we got there I noticed a lot of problems so I called and told management, they didn't do much about it. We all took cold showers bc there was no hot water, mind you it was November in Tahoe. The manager, I believe her name was Sherie or Sharon...she couldn't even accomodate us. I asked if there was anything she could do since we spend well over a thousand dollars?? Nope, nothing was done, and she spoke to me like we were the problem. So instead of enjoying our vacation, my family and I spent the entire time feeling uncomfortable, and waiting for the time to go home....not a great way to be on vacation. Not again, will we vacation with them.

Fireplace in Master did not work
No one able to troubleshoot at office, nor able to send staff to fix
Garage Door opener non existent (apparently under repair) So- two cars had to
park outside in the snow, which is not what we paid for.
No dustpan in house
Not enough garbage bags though we're expected to clean (we bought some)
I reported to us my disappointment in garage, fireplace and ability to clean and
asked for manager to contact me regarding issues and some reimbursement
Never heard from anyone. Home itself was spacious and comfortable.
Assistance and response from management office subpar and not helpful.
Have stayed in your homes for three years. Will not stay again. -

We enjoyed the house, when arrived with clients, the question was asked that hot tub was on, Reply was yes. Hot tub was not working or had not been on, clients dissapointed. Was told at check out we should have called, please see first part of review.
Asked not to have to pay clean up on hot tub, have not seen credit to date. -

Very nice home with fully furnished bedroom & kitchen with large entertainment room. It made our family reunion very enjoyable. My large family can fit into this 6 br house comfortably. We also enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the ski area & markets.
