We received great service. The girl at the desk when we arrived was very helpful. She gave us great directions to the property. When we arrived, the house looked just like the pics. This was greatly appreciated. I was worried that the pics looked better than the house. The house was well equipped with all the kitchen supplies one could want except for seasoning, we had been told in advance to bring our own.
The house was clean and seemed well kept. All of us thought the home was great. We would rent this house again with out a second thought. I have already recommended it to friends. Thanks for making our Christmas very special.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week. Although the quality of the neighborhood is subpar considering the price range, the location is convenient to Lake Tahoe, Stateline and other attractions. We had six people in our party and the layout of the house worked well. It has a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a common area ideal for entertaining. The biggest negatives were carpeting in need of cleaning/replacing, and inoperative dishwasher and a lack of sound deadening between the living areas upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms.
Overall, while we would consider renting this again, I would first want to check around to see what else is available in the same price range.

Very nice house, only negative part was that the BBQ girl is on the first floor and the kitchen is on the second. In order to get to the hot tub and bbq girl you have to go through one of the bedrooms. So make sure whoever has that room doesn't mind the ins and outs. overall comfy home. very neat and cozy.
Great Home, great service from Tahoe Keys personel.

My family and I have rented many times from Tahoe Keys. We have always been pleased with our lodging. On this last trip the home we normally rent was unavailable. We selected anonther home and when we arrived it did not meet our needs or standards. When I requested to be moved to another home, Tahoe Keys employees not only put us in a much better home but they did it with a smile. We only get to come to Lake Tahoe every other year so we want the occasion to be special.Tahoe Keys makes our stay special. Thank You.

Had the best time with family at the Marlette home as we got ready for my son's wedding. We were able to have four other family members stay with us as we all got ready for the main event. Even if we would have paid three times the price at a five star hotel...we wouldn't have had better accommodations. Sherri was the greatest for helping us set up our stay in Tahoe...thanks for the awesome memories!!

I stayed with 2 other friends, for a 4 day stay. During the stay we traveled all over the area. We found the house to be very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It had everything we wanted in a house (esp the hot tub). The only things we would have liked to have in addition was maybe some staples like, non stick spray, oil, sugar. Nothing overly perishable. just a few basics.

This home is very well kept and looked like it went through a little facelift recently. The bathrooms were very clean, carpet clean and walls newly painted. The kitchen is updated with fantastic appliances and upscale cookware, dishes and utensils.
The house really is less than a 5 minute drive to the casinos & heavenly. You could also WALK to the grocery store.
Advice to future visitors: bring spices & cutlery from home. There are no supplies of spices (other than salt & pepper in the kitchen). Also, knives are scarce. If you like to use a lot of towels, you should bring some from home, unless you continuously wash the ones provided - they only give you 1 towel per guest for your entire stay.
Nice extras in this home: hot tub (although we didn't use), washer & dryer, plenty of pillows & blankets, a great collection of Disney movies (all rooms equipped with VHS & DVD players).
For our group of 7 had more than enough space to spread out & we all enjoyed our stay enough that we'd all likely come back to the same location during our next visit to Tahoe.

We have stayed in this house previously and loved it the first time. It has been a couple years since our first visit and the house was still a fantastic place to stay. 3301 Marlette Circle is clean, well decorated, updated, and fairly large. It is a short drive to Camp Richardson and stateline.
There were a couple floor plan chages we would reccommend. There is only one entrance to the backyard and that is through a bedroom. For families with children it makes going to use the hot tub or deck space difficult if a child id sleeping. I would love to be able to enter the back yard either from upstairs with an added balcony leading to the patio, or else through the side yard. Another way to access the patio is needed. This will eliminate wet carpet in the bedroom from hot tub users passing through, as well as making all areas easy to use. When we are on vacation we all want things less stressful and uncomplicated.
Overall, 3301 Marlette Circle is a fantastic rental property in a great location! We definitely want to stay again.

I've never written a review in my life but we had such a great time here in this
comfortable and cozy home that i wanted to share it with those who are
undecided of where to stay. The bedrooms were very well kept and clean with
very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed from measuring
cups to pots and pans. The location was great to everything, Safeway, casinos,
restaurants, boating rentals. The only thing that we didn't like was that there
was no air conditioning in the property although the downstairs was a lot
cooler. There were 2 other couples that stayed with us here and they also give
this place 5 stars.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful inside and out, sleeps six adults very comfortably, and was very well equipped. Okay, could have used hand towels and Kleenex, but I'm used to having to bring all my kitchen gear and such. At 3301M, all I needed was my espresso machine. This house shows pride of ownership, no question. Three blocks from our friends' cabin, 20 minutes walk from the lake, and 15 minutes to Safeway and fireworks viewing. We will rent this house again, and highly recommend it. Oh, the WiFi service was great, and much appreciated.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was in very nice condition and plenty of room. The only suggestion I have is to supply more towels. We had one towel per person (7 people) to last all 3 days we were there. either you have to bring your own towels or wash all the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. We had everything we needed and the accomodations were excellent. The only problem we had was trying to make waffles, the waffles stuck to the waffle iron. It was especially nice to have such a nicely appointed kitchen. The location was also very nice, handy to town but a nice, quiet street. We would definitely stay there again should the need arise. I would also recommend this facility to friends.

The property is in an excellent location, near to everything. The
house is always clean and neat and ready for us to occupy it. The
driveway is plowed when necessary. The kitchen is well stocked. The
owners are very accommodating. I wouldn't look for another place.
Marlette Circle is the one!
