The home is much nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen is beautiful with new appliances, well stocked with kitchen gadgets and very spacious. The whole house was very nicely furnished. The location was awesome, on the water, with very easy access to the office for any questions. I highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our visit immensely. My son, his wife and two sons (age 3 and 6) joined my husband and I and our daughter.
I would point out some concerns we had because of the three year old:
1. The railings at the top of the stairs are far apart enough for a child get through and fall to the down stairs.
2. We bought locks for the two exterior dock gates so that
the children could not open the gates.
3. There is no gate on the right front side of the house, leaving a clean opening for children.
Those were my only concerns. The home was clean and had all the comforts we needed. The neighbors were kind and quiet. -

This house is great. It's a perfect family vacation rental. We stayed for a week to ski and explore South Lake Tahoe and loved it. It's close to everything, but in a quiet community right on the water. It's been really nicely renovated and has great living spaces, particularly the kitchen and dining area, where you can cook and entertain for lots of friends and family. The house also has a nice backyard with a boat dock/ deck for sitting or lying out, a hot tub and a bbq grill. I also appreciated the cable and wireless internet working perfectly and having a full size washer and dryer. I would absolutely recommend this place.
