Perfect vacation getaway for the family or just you and some friends. Comforts of living at home with it being a well equipped rental. The 1500 sq feet of this adorable Roosters Nest home has so many top of the line features you can enjoy.
This Tahoe Keys home features beautiful taste in decorations, comfortable beds with top of the line linens. Two flat screen tv’s and wireless internet.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Each bunk has full size beds on the bottom and twin size bed on top with a1 twin trundle. Two Bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is open and updated.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of this reservation may result in a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs PRIOR to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be $500. If cancellation occurs WITHIN 60 days of arrival date, all rental payments will be forfeited, unless the space is re-rented. If your unit is re-booked for the same period, a full refund (less $500 cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rata portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $500 cancellation fee).
Owner reserves the right to cancel this reservation should the property be removed from the vacation rental market. If this is the case, a full refund will be issued, and every effort will be made to locate a suitable replacement property.
On rare occasion, a reserved property may become unavailable due to unanticipated conditions beyond our control. We accept no liability for such an occurrence, financial or otherwise, but will make every effort to provide you with equal accommodation at the same rental rate. If we are unable to do so, or if you do not accept a provided alternative, the unused rental fees and charges will be refunded.
Deposit Policy
You will be responsible for any expenses/invoices presented subsequent accidental damage insurance that does not cover excess damage to property. If you wish not to take take the Accidental Damage Insurance a $1000 Damage Deposit will be required. We will only accept a Damage Deposit by Cashiers Check. You will need one or the other to rent this home.

Our family had an awesome time at the Roosters Nest! Dan and his dad went skiing (10 min drive) while my mother in-law walked with the boys to the harbor and then took them to the association indoor pool while I finally got to read the Hunger Games!
That night Dan and I walked to the restaurant on the harbor and had a nice quiet time together by the fireplace.
On our last day we walked from the Nest to the harbor and found this really cool open space area for public walking. It went down to a large sandy beach which the boys loved. On the way back we saw two male bawled eagles flying so close I could count their feathers--so cool!
Dan's folks liked the fact that there was so much to do, yet we felt tucked away. The casinos are just a short drive away, they had a great time!
I hope we can get back to the Roosters Nest this summer. I think the boys would like to take sailing lessons!
