On the main floor, it has a beautiful, spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and a single-size day bed, a large, full master bath which has a soaking tub as well as a shower. Also located on the main floor is the fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. The beautiful full kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. For your enjoyment nearby there is hiking, camping, rock climbing. The house is within close proximity to Camp Roberts and the Vikingholms Trail, the Heavenly Valley tram and skiing and 8 miles from the Sierra Ski Ranch. It's approximately 25 minutes from the front door to the Kirkwood Ski Area, and a 10-15 minute drive to the Casinos. If you want to travel back in time to the old west, Virginia City is approximately 45 minutes to an hour drive.

The house is new and clean. The fireplace in the hallway is beautiful and very hot. It was very cold in Tahoe with close to 3 feet of snow. Everything was fine except may be the person responsible to deliver the house needed to teach guess a little bit. The maintenance guy did not show up to clean the snow as he promised. Plenty of sheets and towels available. You don't need any extra pot or dishes, and or shampoo or detergent. All there more than you ask for. Overall very good experience and will rent again.

My wife and I spent a week at this home in Tahoe. We are in a stage in our life that we like to have quiet and not have to rough it. Most of the rentals in Tahoe are uncomfortable cabins and old motels. This home is on a quiet street with the forest as you back yard. When you want some action and noise the Casinos are a short drive away also the lake, ski activities and shopping.
My wife and I slept so well in the master bed that when we got home we purchased the same mattress we slept on. -

Our family had a great time at this magnificent location in South Lake Tahoe. This home is exactly what it states it is... The home is beautiful and clean. We felt at home immediately. We have stayed at this house, with our family, multiple times and it has never disappointed. The comfort, warmth and amenities are as advertised. I can not think of anything that I would add to improve it. Your attention to detail shows not only through the way you handle business, but also the way you take care of your home. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful house with us and forever changing the meaning of a comfortable stay in Lake Tahoe!

We had the oportunity to stay at this wonderful home when we were on vacation last summer. It is so close to everything and so comfortable that it made a big difference in us enjoying our trip. Ann was so kind and so easy to work with and made everything seemless. We will definitely stay there again as soon as we can.

This is a great vacation home and perfect for families. It has all the comforts of home and the owner was quick to respond and provide a lot of helpful info to us. We've stayed here several times during ski season and in the summer, cant wait to return!
