The place was great we rented, although we were disappointed as the kitchen was very limited in supplies. There were not enough pots and pans to do much cooking.
One thing that was very upsetting is the clean up, you guys took $250 for clean up (which ironically is more than 1 night stay) and you make us do all of the clean up. We had to wash all the dishes, take out the trash. A good 2 hours on Sunday we spent just cleaning up. If you are going to take that much money, you cannot ask us to do everything for you. Please lower the clean up price or don't ask your guest to do everything for you. Almost seems like you pay the cleaning person 100 and owner and rental agency pocket the rest of the money.Response from Vacation Rental Partner - 04/24/2013

Thanks so much for the honest feedback. The cleaning fee covers an overall deep clean of the entire house upon each guest's departure to prepare for the next guest, washing linens and making beds, and cleaning surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen etc.
We understand your concerns, however the fee we charge does cover a large amount of tasks that we do so that you don't have to on your vacation.
