"Bear's Walk" is located on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe within two miles of the California Base Lodge of Heavenly and the casinos at the state line. The nearest beach is just a short drive down the road! This deluxe mountain home is newly built, 2,780 square feet and has a pool table and an expansive back yard. It is very sunny, it can accommodate up to 11 people and is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

The home was perfect for our grand kids first trip to the snow. The home floor plan allowed the kids to play downstairs while the adults had there space upstairs playing pool. The kitchen is awesome. It snowed the last day we were there and was speactular to see out of the huge picture window upstairs.
I would rent this unit again and recommend to anyone that has 10-12 people wanting to stay at a quality home. Great location, close to casinos and Heavenly.

House is very nice and perfect for rent. We love the living room and kitchen was very Cofortable.
Only was very bad cleaning part. House was not good clean.All towels and bed sheets was not even washed. We just went to Kmart and bought some sheets and blankets.
I think most think people will pay attention on cleaning part. So I think you need to take action for dirty not washed linens.

It is a lovely home and convenient. Barbecue grill in the patio is a nice addition and we used it. Service is good..toaster did not work and it was replaced right away. I think bathroom should have more hooks to hang towels and etc. It is a home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped, really nice. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our family. Has a real comfortable layout with an awesome kitchen, dining room, living room and pool table that is all open so nobody misses out on the action. The gas fireplace was a nice spot to dry mittens and drink hot chocolate.
We found the neighborhood to be very nice and quiet. We enjoyed building snowmen in the large backyard- great for the kids too. Also five minutes to ski and Stateline.
You won’t be disappointed. We are planning our trip for next season. -

My friends and I had a wonderful time, the place was very clean, upscale and spacious...the kitchen was amazing with high end appliances. The Bose surround sound made for great movie watching after a full day of boarding. Highly recommend it...2 thumbs up!

Spent a weekend here. Plenty of space! Gorgeous house! The only thing missing was a nine-person hot tub.
One issue: we called the Management Property to request a late check out and to notify them of the missing inflatable mattress and broken sofa bed in the first floor den. Nothing needed to be fixed but we never heard back from them in regards to our late check out request. Total bummer because we would've loved to stay there a few hours longer!
Overall, will definitely stay here again. -

This house is breathtaking! Very well laid out and had plenty of room...more than we were expecting for our group! The kids were able to stay downstairs and play while the adults were upstairs enjoying the pool table and great room area. This is a very nice house compared to others we had looked at. The Bear Lodge theme will give you an your company plenty of idle conversation topics. You won't be disappointed. Only wished there was a pool or hot tub and it would definitely be a 5 star location!
Only issue we had is that the kitchen sink was leaking water out of some unknown spot. We called the caretaker but had not heard from anyone and we tried to keep it as cleaned up as possible. By last day of our stay, the leak was getting serious and leaking into the downstairs room below it. Hopefully someone reads this to address the issue!? It does not take away from the house. Only putting it here in the review in hopes that someone will look at it for future guests. I'm sure it has been addressed by now, but posting here just in case...
Don't get me wrong...this is still a great house! Will likely stay here again in the future!!! -

We had a great time at this cabin- location was perfect- close to stateline, walking to some amazing trails and also close to al Tahoe drive which had a really fun world class frisbee golf course, who knew! We had 4 couples, plenty of sleeping space- the only issue was that there is only 1 bathroom on the first floor with 3 bedrooms, but aside from that the space worked really well.

Great place to have family and entertain. The master suite was masterful. The house seperates into two sections very well. Our kids typically played downstairs in the second TV room and bedrooms, while the adults visitted in the upstairs open room. The backyard was a great asset for snow-play when the family could not all be out skiing.

Took 11 people here in June and we all fit comfortably. The home is big and laid out in a way that feels very spacious. No complaints about this place - huge kitchen, lots of TVs, deck with a grill. Definitely will stay here again the next time I'm in Tahoe.

I rented this house for a guy's weekend in June and it was almost perfect for us. It has a ginormous greatroom and kitchen with a bigscreen TV and pool table where we hung out most of the time.
The bedrooms downstairs were smallish but perfectly fine for crashing or downtime. The house is so big, we didn't even use the little "den" downstairs.
The neighborhood is very quiet and is a 5 minute drive to Stateline and/or the lake. The only things that'll make this house even more perfect are: a pool, A/C (it was hell hot when we were there), videogames.
Overall, I highly recommend this home and Buckingham Rentals who made the entire process smooth and easy. -

I liked your house a lot. When I tried to check in early I called multiple times and recieved no call back. When I finally talked to someone the promised to call me back regarding the early check in ( day of ) there was never a responce.
