So many awesome bears in this house. The house didn't feel crowded at all and had all the amenities you would ask for. Plus, it was just a 5 minute walk from the lifts!

Great for multiple families and kids. This cozy bear-themed cabin is located a stone's throw from Heavenly and a short walk to the local sledding destination. The kitchen and bedrooms have everything you'll need for your visit. Space out your showers or someone is bound to get a shivering downpour. Otherwise, you'll have a great time at this cute cabin.

Our group was two families of three and the house was perfect. You could have fit another family or 2 larger families easily. The two full bathrooms (one upstairs and the other downstairs) made it easy and convenient and there was never any waiting. The house was very well stocked with cooking/kitchen supplies- you don't need to bring a thing. It is so well stocked that there was no pantry room to put anything, but honestly if that is the biggest complaint that we had that is not a bad thing right? Overall the house was very clean and well maintained. Garage was also perfect for storing gear and also having the carport was a bonus. Location - The view out the dining room/living room window is phenomenal! It looks straight at Mt. Tallac. The seats at the dining room table facing the window were a hot commodity in the group. Proximity to the California lodge can't be beaten - maybe two minutes if you drive really slow. We were able to get off the lift, load up the car, get to the house, eat lunch and be back on the slopes in an hour - there is no beating that. Very close to stores and restaurants too - so cook or eat out at your pleasure. Also they were very easy to work with. One of the kids had a bit of a crash at the end of day Saturday and was too sore to go up on Sunday. We called Sunday to ask for a bit of a later check out and they graciously agreed which helped us a ton. House was fun for the kids - counting all the bears in the house...I think they stopped at 140 and made quite a game of it. We'll definitely book here again! -

The cabin is big and nice!!! Hot tub is just wonderful after a day skying!!
I used to rent every other week a cabin and this is one was really particular with a specific touch :-) Bear every where lol. It is pretty funny!! You will find everything you need. It is pretty close to the lift too: 0.4miles away. Walking with the gear even if it is a short distance is a kind of painful but if you stop one of the shuttle going to the lift, they will give you a ride.
I definitely recommend this cabin!!! -

We had a group of 10 adults and this cabin had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware and utensils. The cabin is located right on the shuttle bus trail to Heavenly Resort. There is a secure garage that you can store all your equipment in overnight and room for parking 3 vehicles easily. The only drawback I could find with this house is that it took forever for the hot tub to warm up. However, I would definitely recommend to others.
