Moreover you are only a few minutes’ drive from the extensive Aventura Mall. In addition, you are well catered for in your residence which offers a pool, terrace, restaurants and private garden.

The Building

Out to the beach itself. The pools are glued to the beach. It is very unique that public access is far, has lifeguards. In this area the beach has the distinction of being shallow, this factor water is calm and clear.

Salida propia a la playa. Las piscinas están pegadas a la playa. La misma es muy exclusiva por que el acceso publico esta lejos, cuenta con guardavidas. En esta zona la playa tiene la particularidad de ser poco profunda, por este factor el agua es calma y cristalina.

Frente esta estación de servicio, seven eleven( minimarket 24hs), banco, pizzeria y un bar, a 500 metros los principales outlets de miami, y todos los supermercados, y una variedad en restaurantes y cafés.
A 5 minutos del centro de Hollywwod Beach,donde se encuentrane bares y restaurantes y clubs para bailar.
A 1000 metros hay una costanera de 3 millas de largo, con palmeras, bares, restaurantes, heladerias un anfiteatro que todos los dias hay shows gratuitos, y se pueden alquilar bicicletas de todo tipo para recorrer lacostanera.   The apartment is directly on the ocean. It is very clean and nicely kept up. The building and area is very safe.There are 2 nice pool areas, but I always go to sit at the ocean. It was very comfortable.. It is about a mile from the boardwalk. It is very easy to walk the beach all the way there. You can take the trolley all over Hollywood and can catch it at the westin diplomat close by. There are stores and shops close by. It was not loaded with spring breakers, which was a plus.
