This vacation home is located in a beautiful area of South Orleans! The first floor offers a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, TV room, and 2 bedrooms. Second floor has 2 bedrooms. 5 window AC Units keep this house cool in the summer. (AC units are in the first floor master bedroom, 2 second floor bedrooms, kitchen, and living room.) Nice yard, private from the street and the surrounding neighbors. Plenty of outdoor space in the backyard for entertaining and relaxing. NO PETS ALLOWED.$2000 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage + $60 Handling Fee (Both Fees Non-Refundable).

      Wonderful Family Retreat

      Left on 10/08/2008 for a stay in July 2008

      The house is large and comfortable. It is very nicely furnished and there was more than enough room inside for eight family members to sleep and outside for a larger gathering that also included local family members.

      I appreciated that there is a washer and dryer for guests to use, and my sons loved that there was a basement where they could play their guitars without disturbing sleeping children.

      The location of the house is very convenient to various beaches and grocery shopping. It was an easy drive to Chatham and not that far to Provincetown.

      I highly recommend it!
