This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is completely remodeled. Tropical furnishings and fifth floor balcony offers the best view on the island. Resort has 2 swimming pools and hot tub facing the beach and beautiful gulf of Mexico.
Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, this is a fantastic part of South Padre Island.

My husband and I shared this condo with my sister and her husband. The view was wonderful! The place was very clean, a big plus considering it is pet friendly! The staff were very helpful and made checking in and out a breeze. Our experience was a good one and we would definitely stay here again!

We have a large dog who we wanted to take with us on vacation but we were running into problems finding a place to stay with him. Susan was very nice and had no problems with us bringing out big boy with us. Susan made it very easy to make reservations and was quick to reply. The condo was great, newly updated and had everything you needed. You could open your bedroom and living room door and the ocean was right there. It was so nice not having to find parking to go to the beach and knowing if we needed anything it was a short walk up to our condo. The building is very quiet, we never heard our neighbors at all. Everything you would need is right up the road. We loved everything about this condo and are already planning another trip back.

We could not have had a better time. This unit is right on the beach and offers amazing views of the Gulf. Susan was extremely accommodating and the on-sight staff was friendly and helpful. The unit is very well appointed and was perfect for our mini family reunion. And the best review of all came from my dog who "luffed" it! :-)

Our family vacation was wonderful...We loved our stay at Seabreeze Beach Resort in Susan Sokat's condo. She was very informational about family activities and children friendly as well as adult things to do. I am a perfecionist and felt as if I was in my own home. I was able to clean and do the laundry for the condo without having to leave the condo. Susan I want to personally thank you for all of your help... With our busy life we have not been anywhere since our vacation in South Padre... Mholden, RN
