Come and enjoy the relaxing tropical breeze and soothing ocean sounds that surround the condo. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has taken 'luxury' and 'comfort' to the next level, by offering a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV. Here you will have all the comforts of home and you're just steps from the public beach access #14, which is one of the better beach accesses on South Padre Island.... It has a boardwalk so you don't have to walk through tall grass, and the beach is less crowded than others. PERFECT LOCATION and best of all, you don't have to pay ocean-front rates to be this close to the beach! You don't even have to pack beach gear. Feel free to use owner's beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, pool towels, etc. Whether you are planning a day at the beach or want to shop and sample some island flavor, all are within walking distance of this condo.

The condo itself and the whole complex just got completely renovated and tastefully redecorated. The Master bedroom features a king size bed with a chest of drawers, flat screen TV, radio alarm clock, and attached bath. The Guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, flat screen TV & DVD player, radio alarm clock, and private bath. The living room has nice comfortable leather furniture which are convertible to sofa beds (2), flat panel LED TV, DVD player, and a bookcase filled with books. There is washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen includes everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay: dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, slower cooker, deep fryer, large pots for pasta, blender, flatware, etc. There are also toys for kids and board games for families.

This beautiful condo is on the 3rd floor (stairs only) and has a private balcony which overlooks the pool/hot tub area and has partial views of the ocean. Enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage while relaxing in the island breezes. Waves of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the living room, guest bedroom and private balcony.

The condo is part of a 6-unit complex and is very quiet. Parking is extremely convenient - right at the door. You never have to worry about beach parking. Just walk to the beach across the street (50 yards, 2 minutes walk) for ocean sunbathing or swimming and back to the condo for a snack, lunch, or a dip in the pool as often as you want. When the sun sets, walk to the Bay side to see spectacular sunset. It is also a short walk from the condo to the main boulevard with popular nightlife, entertainment, and some of the best dining on the island.

Additional Location Information

South Padre Island is a beautiful beach community with a small town atmosphere. It is a great place to relax and get away. Enjoy long walks on the beach picking up shells while listening to soothing crashing waves.

The condo is perfectly located across from beach access #14, and steps from the entertainment district. The famous seafood restaurant Blackbeard's, Wanna Wanna Beach Bar, and gift shops are only a few short blocks away.

  My wife, my dog and I spent new years eve in South Padre at this nice and clean condo. The booking process was easy. Sign the contract and fax it over along with ur credit information. She charge u half at the time of booking. The owner answered all the questions we had before and during the trip.
  The condo is fully equipped and nice decorated. Two bedrooms and two baths with three queen size beds. The balcony is a plus with a small grill. 2 parking spaces, games, beach chairs, etc.
  the location is great. only 1 block away from the beach and close to a few bars and restaurants.
  No doubts, we will be coming back for a relaxing getaway in the future.

  The Condo is on the third floor and after a long day on the beach the stairs remind you of every muscle in your legs, but the warmth and comfort of the unit more than make up for the climb. The unit was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well enough equipped for us to cook several meals, including gulf shrimp that we bought in town and cooked on the grill.

  We rented 5 nights and wished we could stay longer. The apartment has everything you need just pack your swimsuit and even that you can get a street over... very clean convinient and realxing setting. Convinient to multiple locations.

  This was one of the best places I stayed if not the best place while on vacation. It was very clean when we first got there and fully supplied with everyday needs such as napkins, cooking ware etc.n They also provided a cooler and other beach gear that we used. 6 people in all stayed and it was spacious enough for us to enjoy each others company and also to have time to ourselves. 2 of the couples stayed in the full beds and said it was not cramped at all. It was right across the street from the beach, and close enough to where we could walk to the convenient store. Also it wasn't noisy at night and we had friendly neighbors. The surrounding area around the condo was also calm to where we could sleep at night peacefully. I loved staying here and will probably stay here again next spring break. It was definitely at great price for such a great condo. It was pretty much a steal! Thanks Jackie !

  My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very clean, on site management was very attentive. Enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach, just across the street. My boys loved the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. The local restaurants served great food and were very reasonable. We had friends visiting from Germany and it was their first visit to South Padre Island and they were very impressed with the condo and location. We are definitely returning this summer and look forward to our visit.

  We were so comfortable here. Family of 4 (2 teenagers) who traveled from Indiana! We were incredibly please with our visit. Jackie was so helpful with information on things to do while there. We were able to walk or bike to local restaurants and shops. Across the street from the beach was a blessing for us as it was really windy a few days we were there. The unit has a full kitchen so we were able to cook several meals. The electric George Foreman Grill was a plus too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a second! I hope we can return again soon! We loved it!
