Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 2% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 12:00 noon ( PLEASE, throw trash in the outside trash bin and wash your pots & dishes, when you check out. )
Reservation Deposit : Reservation deposit of one night rate is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at time of check in. If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.
Cancellation : Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of $25.00. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $25.00 cancellation charge.
Occupancy tax: 14.50%
Fees: Linen fee $50.00 (2bd/2ba) Internet $5/night
* Holidays & Events: Additional $25.00/night to Peak Season rate (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, Sept. 16th, TIFT, BikeFest. )
Spring breakers : 4 night minimum on 2 bedroom condos. Damage deposit (minimum $200.00 1 bedroom, $275.00 2 bedroom) is dependent on length of stay and number of people. FULL PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL IS DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, IN THE FORM OF CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD. Only Gulfview, Saida Royale & Surfside charge a onetime $25.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Gulfview's, Saida Royale's & Surfside's property manager at check in.
