Seabreeze I is very well situated on the gulf beachfront, and in a pleasant neighborhood. Great, relatively small building, and great relatively large unit (304), with a large, deep, well furnished balcony across the living and master bedroom areas. The unit was clean, very, very roomy and comfortable, very, very nicely decorated, seemingly well-managed. Great, expansive view of the gulf. More bed space than usual. All fairly heavenly. Be warned that this 3rd floor center unit also had a clear view of the beachfront pool (and vice versa), which was initially startling and annoying (during the daytime), but quickly became not much of an issue, and did not prevent full use of the balcony. A Friday night private pool-party reunion with music was also annoying to this non-partying balcony lounger, but was eventually over at midnight, and ultimately tolerable. We two adults and two teenage girls were very contented at Seabreeze I 304, and all kinds of families seemed to be enjoying Seabreeze I.

We loved the condo. The view was amazing! We have 4 children ages 9 to 18 and they all enjoyed the stay and the super easy access to the beach. I loved being able to watch them at the pool from the balcony! We hope to come back to Padre and will stay here again!

Nuestro hospedaje fue maravilloso, tenemos tres niños y lo disfrutamos mucho, la ubicación, la limpieza y comodidad de las instalaciones, moderno el check in y check out sin molestar a nadie, excelente vista al mar, y perfecta alberca para niños, en verdad totalmente recomendable y sin dudar volveremos en otras ocasiones. Rent on Padre también nos dio un excelente servicio.

Our stay at Seabreeze I 304 was very delightful and the view from the deck/patio and the master's bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We found everything we needed and more. The kitchen was just fantastic and there was so much more than our party of 7 needed. The kids had lots of fun at the beach as the beach access was just outside the condo. The pool & the hot tub was very nice as well. The outdoor electric grill on the patio was also very much handy as we did a lot of grilling. The view from the deck during the day is gorgeous with all the colorful & unique kites up in the air. The staff was very helpful and efficient with regards to handling our rental. I will definitely want to go back & rent it again the next time I visit the beautiful South Padre Island...
