This 2nd floor condo oceanfront escape overlooks the gentle sounds of the Gulf… within 50 feet of your balcony. Pets welcome!

Enjoy the morning sunrise from your King bed… or breakfast on the balcony… even from the guest queen sofa bed in this beautifully appointed condo at the Tiki Condominium. Located 4 miles from the Queen Isabella causeway, Wake to the Waves features a full kitchen, full bath, King Bed, and sofa couch that sleeps 2 w/ cable, HD TV, free wifi, free parking, community BBQ grills on the grounds, and washer and dryers in the complex.

Close to the best available on South Padre. Perfect for singles, couples, families with small children and seniors looking for the ocean front experience. Remember, we are pet friendly, and so is the South Padre Beach…which is right out your door!

Rates vary from $99 off season, to $265 per night during peak summer holidays. Minimum 3 nights. Discounts for weekly, monthly and long term rentals… and last minute rentals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cheryl (the owner) a message.

If Cheryl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
