Enjoy your vacation in this beach front condominium. This unit offers an unobstructed view of the beach from a private balcony. The studio unit option has a kitchenette which contains a small refrigerator, stove, and microwave. A queen size bed, sitting area, and full bath make this unit perfect for a comfortable stay for 2. The 2 bedroom option next door has a full kitchen, and sleeps 8 comfortable. Or open the connecting door and rent as a 3 bedroom! The beach, swimming pool, hot tub, and deck area are only steps away. Please note that this unit is on the 3rd floor, there is not an elevator.

44535My worst vacation!
Left on 04/07/2012 for a stay in February 2012
This was without a doubt my worst rental on South Padre Island.
We were told the owners would meet us when we arrived. They did not and we waited in the rain for them. Just a few of the things that went wrong in the 2 weeks I stayed there was: the condo was not clean, constant noise from the unit next door, no light in the ceiling light which my husband put in, the fan was noisy, no climate control in this unit - everything is controlled from the unit next door. The door lock broke. The refigerator quit working and melted a huge puddle of water in the room. We were told twice they definitely had wifi in the unit yet when we arrived - no wifi. The laundry is not "in the hall" as I was told, but 3 floors down.
I would not recommend this rental to anyone. I left after 2 weeks and have never received our deposit back either.
