Sapphire Spa and Condominiums - Sapphire 707: Imagine........sipping your morning coffee or eating a cozy dinner on your own private balcony, watching and listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Sapphire Condo 707 is a privately owned condo located on the 7th floor of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on South Padre Island. The condos are located directly on the beach and our ocean side balcony offers spectacular views of the G...ulf! The bay-side balcony offers a beautiful sunset and an electric grill. (WE DO NOT RENT DURING SPRING BREAK OR THE WEEK BEFORE EASTER AND INCLUDING EASTER!)

Professionally decorated, the condo provides a warm, relaxing and stress-free environment. A fully equipped kitchen will turn even the less experienced cook into a master chef! The master bedroom offers a wonderfully, luxurious king size bed with a view of the Gulf through the large picture window! The large master bath provides two sinks, spacious walk-in shower, jetted tub and huge closet.

The second bedroom has two queen size beds, while the third bedroom has a twin size bed and pull-out trundle. All the mattresses in each room are so comfortable you won't want to get out of bed! The living room and three bedrooms include a flat screen TV. Each bedroom also comes equipped with a ceiling fan. In addition to high speed internet, Condo 707 is equipped with Wifi access. The second bathroom is quite large as well and also offers two sinks.

Sapphire's amenities make this a very popular vacation destination for families. In addition to the beach and all its related activities; Sapphire offers a spectacular 300' pool, a teen room equipped with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, pin ball machines, and computers, as well as a 24 seat theater. A very well equipped fitness center and a world class spa are also available on the first floor.

A utility room is located in the unit with washer and dryer. We also provide an ironing board and iron and blow-dryers in both bathrooms! Additionally, we provide board games, video library and a Nintendo Wii with games! You will also find a DVD player in each bedroom!

BONUS: We also provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand/beach toys for the little ones (or the grown-ups) and a cooler on wheels!

Conveniently located just over the causeway on South Padre Island, and within walking distance of Schlitterbahn Water Park. Once you get here....you won't want to leave!

From: Texas Family Loves This Place: We took our family of six to Sapphire to finish up and celebrate 2011 and start off fresh for 2012! First, our kids are 7, 8, 10, and 11 and the most important aspect for me as a mom was to make sure they were in safe place that was secure. At Sapphire, the staff was wonderful, and we felt comfortable letting the kids play in the game room, watch a movie or just explore the beautiful building and surroundings. The clientele at Sapphire consists of clean-cut, polite, family-oriented and retired people that are very friendly and trustworthy. The unit was impeccable! It had everything we needed and it felt like it was ours. It didn't have any secret locked doors that you couldn't access. The owner's truly open this home up and let us use everything in the unit. The view was the best part and the balcony in the back is huge, spanning the very center of the building. All of the photos were spot on accurate and probably the only surprise is just the true quality of the furnishing and decorations. We have stayed at numerous, luxury, accommodations and this unit is at the TOP of our list! If you are anything like me, you get the jitters waiting to see what the place you rented is like, in hopes you didn't bomb and make a bad decision. Well, you do NOT have to worry about that here! We cannot wait to go back and spend time with hot weather. The pools are expansive and just so tempting! The beachfront is lovely and not as crowded. My husband commented that he liked that the natural dunes were still in tact versus down the island where they've been destroyed. We cooked in every single meal because the kids didn't want to leave the place! The kitchen has everything you need and there's plenty of wine glasses to go around a few times! At the last minute, we decided we weren't ready to leave and stayed an extra day (costing a small fortune in airline change fees)...but it was WORTH it! I emailed the owners and within minutes got a response that we could stay an extra day, invoiced and ready to roll. We are located in the Sapphire Spa and Condominiums. South Padre Island's newest and most luxurious condominium structure on the island! Our condo is located within walking distance to Schlitterbahn and just across the bridge from Port Isabel. Easy access to the beach via the boardwalk from the pool. Choose between open air parking lot, or the parking garage. Additionally, all guests have access to our sister property, The Pearl located next door! South Padre Island is host to hundreds of restaurants and fun activities! A full-service spa is located on the property as well. There is also a Teen Room, Exercise Facility, Movie Theatre Room and Business Center at Sapphire too!

  I stayed at the Sapphire Condo with 8 of my closest friends! We stayed in room 707 and the decor of the room was amazing ! They had a beach theme in the room that made me feel that I was on vacation ! The view was amazing and it was not too high but just perfect! It was nice to sit in the balcony and have a cup of coffee as you enjoyed the sound of the waves with your eyes closed. The amenities in the room wonderful! It was an all girl getaway and The big mirrors and double sinks in both bathrooms were awesome! They provided all the amenities from the shampoo down to make up remover which I needed since I had not packed it! The beds were very comfy and everyone felt like it was home away from home! Everything was very close to use the beach, convience store, and It was easy to find. The Sapphire staff was very attentive to our needs and were very friendly! My birthday was very memorable and we hope to go back soon! After being on the beach all day it was nice to come back to a clean nice condo with plenty of towels!!! I loved this condo and recommend it to anyone going on vacation and just wants to Relax by the Ocean ! Thank you Tori !

  My experience with Sapphire #707 began with meeting the owner, Tori Lucas on Facebook. She is kind, professional, honest and gracious! Her property is one the most beautifully decorated and fully equipped rentals I've ever had the privilege of staying at. The property itself is gorgeous and very well thought out. It's sophisticated, yet family friendly with its game room, theatre and workout room. My three and seven year old boys were thrilled about both, as well as the WII system and games Tori supplied in the condo. There were also plenty of movies and board games to choose from. The three bedroom, two bath condo is amazingly situated with a perfect view of the pool, manicured grounds and sparkling beach, all of which are even more beautiful from the large balcony off the living room area. The kitchen is like one out of a magazine with absolutely everything one could possibly need. Tori has thought of everything for her guests, including beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and cooler on wheels. The beds were so comfortable and beautifully made up, it was hard to get out of them each morning! The condo was spotless and just a dream come true for a family who travels as much as mine does. Tori and the Lucas's have created a little peace of heaven inside condo #707 and we cannot wait to return to this paradise!

  We are a family of 5 and recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire 707. We already knew that the Sapphire was the newest and nicest place to stay on the island, but once we arrived we were even more impressed. The condo was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, much more beautiful in person compared to the pictures posted online. The condo had all of the amenities of home and then some. In addition, the Sapphire has the best pool on the island and is also very private and secure. This condo definitely exceeded or expectations on all accounts and we look forward to returning soon.

  We were just delighted with the grandiose of this complex and all the amenities available to us. We had a chance to visit the spa a few times and the services are really affordable and absolutely fantastic. Our condo was clean as a whistle when we got here and there is no details that is left out. The gourmet kitchen provided us with all the appliances that we needed for some great home cooking. The master bedroom is ultra luxurious and the bed absolutely comfortable. There is room to store everything in the master bath with this roomy walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms and very roomy and can very comfortably accommodate the six more people. There is a great flow to this unit that makes it easy to circulate and to enjoy the million dollar view. The panoramic view from the huge balcony is spectacular and it was very nice to have the outdoor furniture to relax at sunrise. The thing that we really enjoyed was the hot tub at pool side. It as a popular destination for everyone from the complex. The pool side has the best outdoor furniture to just enjoy and relax in the South Padre Island sun.

  I can't say enough good things about the Sapphire, and especially the condo itself. My husband and I are ridiculously picky when it comes to our home and where we stay when we travel, and I can honestly say, this condo has it all! Not only was it extremely clean, but everything in the condo, including the furnishings and decorations, was very tastefully done. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked, especially for those like my husband and I who enjoy cooking. My husband travels a great deal for business and is loyal to Marriott and Hilton, and when he first stepped into the condo he commented that this was probably the nicest place he has ever stayed. Thank you to Tori for having this wonderful property available. We really enjoyed our vacation and hope to be back soon!

  We just arrived home and I awake missing this Oasis already. We had such a wonderful time in your home. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Your home is amazing and the attention to details make it even more special. Everything is so cozy and comfortable and we wanted for nothing. We loved and enjoyed all the decor and comforts. I cooked several gourmet meals and had friends over to enjoy. Everything I needed was there for a delicious meal and presentation!! All the staff and the property at the Sapphire were amazing as well. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. You were such a treat to deal with in planning and booking the property.   We stayed at the condo for Easter weekend and had the best time! Plenty of room for our family (5) and my in-laws. The beds were so comfortable and the condo had everything (and more) that we needed. The bathrooms were perfect and the kitchen has everything you need! We utilized the cooler for the pool, beach/sand toys, and played some of the games. We will defnitely be back and would encourage others to visit as well. I loved the black out curtains! The owners were so great to work with and we appreciate everything! Thank you so much!! See you soon!

  Best Weekend Getaway in a Gorgeous Condo

  The owner, Tori, was extremely accommodating and thorough in meeting all of our needs from the moment we inquired about her condo to the moment we drove home. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished with very nice linens and extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen was also stocked with every kind of condiment, spice, and kitchen utensil you could want. Her unit also has the largest balcony out of any of the other floorplans. The balcony was a great place for us to enjoy the ocean view from afar. We could tell Tori puts forth every effort to make her guests welcome and comfortable. As for the complex itself, the Sapphire is a beautiful, newly built condo that has an amazing pool, bar, gym, and game room. We will definitely be returning soon! Thank you Tori for making our girl's weekend such a success. I would recommend this condo for all occasions and ages.
