Our GULFVIEW COMPLEX consists of two buildings, GULFVIEW I Condominiums (Rm. 402) and GULFVIEW II Condominiums are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the south side of South Padre Island,Tx.,across the Sheraton hotel and next to Schlitterbahn waterpark. Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 - 5 night minimum stays. Add 2% for credit card convenience fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 12:00 noon ( PLEASE, throw trash in the outside trash bin and wash your pots & dishes, when you check out. )
Reservation Deposit for Condos : Reservation deposit of one night (peak) rate is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at time of check in. If there are no damages, your damage deposit will be credited to your credit card account in 7-14 business days after the unit has been cleaned.
As of April 1st through September 30, EVERYBODY is required to use a wristband to come into the pool area, BBQ area and clubhouse. The wristbands will be according to occupancy: Efficiency(4), 1 Bedroom(6) and 2 Bedroom(8) and (2) parking permits per room. Their is no initial cost but if lost the replacement cost will be $25.00 each. Gulfview will only replace them to the owner or rental agency, not to the tenant. Gulfview will not collect money from tenant as they may want to buy more from the Gulfview office. Guest wristbands will be sold for $5.00 only with tenant present from the security or Gulfview office. This Guest wristband is changed every day and does not allow the guest to stay over night in the room.
