Your perfect getaway awaits in one of our 2 bedroom/2 bath condos that are directly across the street from the beach. You can be in the ocean in just a couple of minutes. It is easy to go back and forth from the beach multiple times a day.
Our small building has only 6 condos to help you escape the crowds. The condos are identical on the inside. They are a spacious 1100 sq. ft. and can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children with our rollaway beds.

There are no hotels in the neighborhood, so it is quiet and the beach is not as crowded. The movie theater is at the end of the block and we are within walking distance of the Wanna Wanna Inn. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops near us, but not on our street. Everything is convenient. There is a grocery store about a mile away. There are 2 designated parking spaces for each guest, but the spaces are long, so you can park cars behind one another. We also allow boat/jet ski parking.

Our stay couldn't have been better! The condo's are exactly as pictured, clean and beautifully maintained, and steps from the beach. The pool area is immaculate. There is so much to do within walking distance. We are a family of 7 and comfortably stayed in one condo. We were so pleased and enjoyed ourselves so much that we are going again next month. April is awesome and accommodating, both ladies are very helpful and full of fun ideas and info about the Island. Don't stay anywhere else!!!

My husband & I were happy from the start! Even during the initial booking process, San andres was very polite and accommodating. Once we arrived at the condo, it was exactly like the pictures. Very warm and welcoming. We were pleased with the cleanliness and overall lay out of the condo. My husband and I are avid beach goers, and love to fish. We were ecstatic that the beach was so close. When we asked management about a great place to fish, they were very familiar with the town & it's amenities. My husband caught a huge Mahi Mahi while deep sea fishing, which made his trip unforgettable. Overall, we were overly satisfied with San andres, their condos, and South Padre! We will definitely be coming back soon!

We came in and were shocked at how nice this condo was. April (so nice) said they remodeled everything. We rented the third floor unit with a beach view that was amazing, but they own the whole building. The pool was so cool--our kids actually preferred that to going to the beach.
Loved it and will be back. -

We have stayed at these condos several times. They have consistently been excellent. We are very happy with the location & the size of the condos. All the people involved with reservations are extremely helpful. We can only say good things about our stays there & highly recommend the condos.

The place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We traveled with some friends and their children, so in total we were 4 adults and 3 small children and the condo was ideal for our group and the kids ages. The only downside was not having a cleaning service included in our stay.

We found our stay at San andres Condominiums very pleasant. The rooms were clean,nice furniture,great pool,and just across the street from the beach. Our stay was one of the best vacation we have had. Can't say enough about the pool area. The have a outdoor kitchen and we used it alot. Would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay. Largest semi-private pool on the island I have seen so far. Staff was extremely friendly by letting us check in early. We will be back for sure. Thanks april and Laura!

Pros: This apartment complex is luxurious, spacious and gorgeous. Everything is high-quality and beautiful, from the furniture to the fixtures to the dark wood doors! Even the patio furniture is high quality, making you feel like royalty.
The beach access is amazing - you literally cross a street and you're on the beach. It's kind of "private" feeling but just a couple hundred or so yards down the beach is a fun beach bar with live music.
The price was decent -- with taxes and cleaning fee, for two nights, we paid $440. It was a two bedroom with a beautiful pool, so we were happy with that price.

One more pro: you can bring your dog here! How wonderful. (See cons section about this one.)
cons: The pool is pretty small (but it is beautiful), and you'd think with only 6 condos, it would be pretty empty - not the case. It was full the entire time, such that sometimes our group felt uncomfortable deciding to go there.
The earliest check in time is 12pm, which is ok for a daily-turnover hotel, but I think it should be a little more flexible for condos that are empty prior to your arrival. We wanted to get there around 3am so we could enjoy our time more, but since it was noon, we were exhausted after the 7 hour drive, and napped, and lost a lot of Friday. The weekend went by terribly fast.
This place is advertised as pet-friendly but you can't bring your dog into the pool area. They claimed some kind of regulation against allowing dogs in the pool area, but I'm not sure if I buy it. Not sure what the big deal is about dogs being in the pool area, but I can see that it might reduce the "luxury" appeal of the pool area. Anyway, we were really disappointed that our puppy couldn't hang with us at the pool (instead had to be cooped up in the condo), but we ended up not spending a lot of time there anyway. The beach is awesome!
