A nice, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo directly on the famous South Padre Island beach! This second floor unit (#211) has a fully equipped kichen, A/C, TV's, wireless or wired internet available, new tile floors (carpet in bedroom), linens and towels supplied, and sleeps up to 6 with a queen size sleeper-sofa and 2 full beds. La Internacional is literally closer to the beach than any other building on the island! There is an elevator, hot tub, swimming pool, and private parking.

Perfect location right on the beach. If it's to windy on the beach you just use the pool. Very friendly Winter Texans here and always something going on. Padre Sunset right down the road has the best 10cent wings and football! WannaWanna bar right across from the unit and the singer on Saturday's is absolutely fabulous. Don't have to leave the deck to hear him.We can hopefully come back again. Weather has been nice and warm except for a few storms. A big Thanks to the owner, and the rental company has been exceptional, with anything we need.

True, the facility la internacional looks run down but once you enter the condo you realize you might be the luckiest person on the beach. Check in took all of 30 seconds.The room was very clean, looked newly renivated,spacious, and very inviting, i felt like it was my own apt. Why pay double for a hotel that is 30 seconds away and you dont get to have a oven, stove, full fridge, and all the space you need. Open your sliding door to the balconey ( where you catch the sunset and sunrise from the comfort of your condo) and you have a live show from the wanna wanna beach bar, which by the way was the coolest place on the island and where we spent most of our time. Claytons is big but wanna wanna is where its at. The band is amazing and the gutiarist is Stevie ray esque, he was absolutely stunning. The location is everything, and being on the second floor kept any creepy people from walking by like if you were on the first floor. Im 22 and my girlfriend is 23, i will only stay here from now on. The pictures dont do it justice, its a must see must stay.
