My wife and I wanted to get away for a while and found this a great relaxing condo. Really enjoyed the quite and relaxing facility and was really close to beach! I would recommend this to all, great place to get away. The condo was clean and had all we needed and the Raposa's were great to check on us. Great place and would stay there again!

Very nice condo. Clean, comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and beach chairs that come with the condo.
Amenities list was a little off. Said there is a hair dryer in the condo but there is not. That was a bummer. Vrbo specifically said that there were no beach towels so we made arrangements - there are beach towels and beach toys so that was a nice surprise but would have been good to know since we brought all our own toys and towels.
Not sure I would come to South Padre in april again. We had storms the first 2 days. Last few days warmed up but ocean was cold :(
Had our 16 month old baby in the condo. Was a little rough in terms of baby proofed. Can't complain because the condo is not supposed to be baby proofed but I just wanted to let other parents know.
All good to say about the condo but as it turns out South Padre is not my favorite destination. There Is minimal vegetarian food in the area and everything is fried . . . yuck. -

This was the perfect condo to wake up to each morning with glorious sunrises but it gets even better because the views of the beach and ocean are amazing from the master bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and patio. You won't be disappointed because it's total unobstructed views facing the Gulf of Mexico from this condo. A true beachfront property - The sand is right there - no street to cross over with this unit.
Our family had a wonderful time in this spacious 2 bedroom/2bathroom, 4th floor unit - super clean condo. It was a very relaxing vacation and it was like moving into your house at the beach. This condo comes with a complete supply of beautifully displayed toiletries, wonderful towels and linens to a well stocked pantry including flashlights for crab hunting at night. The property manager, Ed, is so helpful and knowledgeable. A delight to work with as he made the rental process so quick and easy. We can not wait to return! Thank you for making our vacation a special one. -

We had a fantastic family vacation in SPI! We loved Sea Vista #419. It was perfect for a family vacation, (no spring breakers, no offense!) I miss hearing and seeing the ocean waves - breathtaking views! I really liked the layout of the condo and it was comfortable and cute. I also liked that the pool was on the opposite side of the building from the ocean. It provided shelter from the wind and on cooler days we could still enjoy the pool. We were impressed with how well maintained the complex was. We saw people maintaining the complex daily. Ed and Kathy were very conscientious to work with. There were many family activities in the area. We enjoyed horseback riding on the beach, visiting the sea turtle rescue center, fishing on the bay, seeing dolphins on a pontoon with Captain Scarlet, the "dolphin whisperer" and many great restaurants!
