This newly painted and tiled condo has everything you need. It is wonderfully located right next to the pool.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a TV with its own private vanity and bathroom. The second bedroom has a set of twins and TV and the hall bathroom is right outside this bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The living/dining area is very spacious. Enjoy sitting on the patio or watching football on the new flat screen TV.

This rental was perfect for our needs. Had a few problems with noise from the pool area when people did not leave at the closing time. This caused problems trying to get children into bed with the noise. First night, we had to deal with it ourselves, but when I addressed it with the check in, they gave me a number to call if it happened again. It did and I called. Within minutes, security was there and handled the problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wanted to give our young daughter a birthday to remember at South Padre Island and it was. My daughter truly loved her stay and was in tears when we had to leave. She took pictures of the home that she grew to love for the few days we were there.
The home was a great value. It was very clean. It had all we needed to make meals. It had a washer and dryer. The decor and furnishings were simple, not over done. The layout of the living and dining area was spacious.
The pool was right outside the back door. The beach is about 100 yards away and we had easy access to it by walking over a boardwalk to reach it.
We have told our friends about our stay and we highly recommended the home if they were looking to stay in South Padre Island. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay there once again!
