Bay City, TXA wonderful place to begin making new Padre memories

I spent every summer as a child and then later as a Mother with my children at S. Padre Island. My parents owned several homes on the island during the 1970's through 1990's. After my Mom passed away in 1994, my Dad sold their home and we did not spend as much time at Padre. Now I have grandchildren and wanted to start a tradition of Padre vacations and can honestly say I found the perfect place to stay. Located at the Shores, it is like being on a private beach away from the crowds and craziness. Rapunzel is large enough for my whole family and more! We like to cook and the kitchen was perfect with everything we needed to feed 7 adults and one toddler and one baby. The pool was great after a morning on the beach. The decor is bright and happy. We will always stay here in the future. Franke Realtors is great to work with. After all, the Franke's were my parents neightbors! I highly recommend them for all your rental needs.

Great house, great location. Of all the homes you could rent, this has to be one of the best. Beach front views from the front deck, bay views from the back. A great pool and outdoor entertaining area. Elevator provides tremendous convenience. Great for families traveling together that want to be 'together' but still want privacy.
