If you're looking for a vacation rental that's right near the beach, you've come to the right place. This condo is just a half-minute walk from the sandy shore.
When you're not lying out on the beach, enjoy your building's swimming pool, hot tub, and large sundeck (they're all in a tropical courtyard). If you're hungry, return to your unit and prepare a yummy snack in the fully furnished kitchen.
The home is 1.3 miles north of the bridge; area activities include salsa dancing, surfing, and fishing.

I've stayed at several condos at SPI and I really liked this location. It's convenient to everything, directly across beach access very clean and nice street view. The pool and hot tub were really nice too and very clean. Units were very quiet. Security was well visible. I will definitely stay here again and the value was not bad at all.

Overall experience was good. Saw little roaches and realized that the dishes from the previous renters were still sitting dirty in the dishwasher. Reported this to realty company at check-out.
