This beautiful, two bedroom, two bath unit was built in 2006 by top builder Rusty Nash. Rusty is known for his attention to detail and his use of top of the line materials! The living area is open and spacious with a couch that can be made into a queen size bed. There is a large flat screen television in the entertainment area with extended cable. The stackable washer/dryer are in a closet just off the kitchen, next to the large dining room table. This rental was affordabley priced for the second week of July, but once we checked in I found out why. The interior was outfitted as described,however, there were some essentials missing, namely pool side furniture! I have stayed at ultra luxurious SPI properties and some super economy properties and they all had something this property was missing- a clean swimming pool with lounge furniture and tables and chairs. Along with that were the upstairs occupants, a group of loud, rowdy boys who blasted loud music full of expletives and left beer cans all over the floor by the pool area. Wile that was outside of the control of the property owners, the lack of outdoor amenities was not! I decided to call Furcron property management to ask for the pool to be cleaned and about the lack of outdoor furniture and their response was that "the property owner was responsible for the maintenance and placement of anything on the property." Needless to say, our stay at Lantana Landing 1 left much to be desired.

We are sorry that the people upstairs were rowdy. I hope that you told us so that we could call the owner of the upstairs or another rental company that takes care of that unit. I would not want my family to hear the expletives. As for the pool furniture, I will be checking into if they have updated that. We rent 1 of the 4 units and the HOA is responsible for the furniture. Again, I would have been unhappy also if I did not have a place to sit at the pool. Thank you for your review.

This property was simply one of the best places we have stayed at in a long time. Everything had been thought of prior to our visit. Our stay made us feel right at home. This is a far better alternative than a hotel. Going to the beach for a week or so should be a vacation and not something you have to put up with because of the wear and tear of hotels and motels. The sleeping accomodations were excellent. Having the swimming pool so close by was a true comfort. The location of this property was great as well.

We are 5 in our family. When we travel, we shoot for space. Different ages - four girls and one boy, we all fight for the restroom. Lantana landing was clean, spacious and Comfortalbe. Kids loved the pool and it was awesome being so close to the beach. After girls played in the sand, we walked back to the condo, rinsed and continued to play in the pool. We were able to enjoy a few meals in the condo and a well stocked kitchen made that an easier task. We even went home with Clen clothes (it is a plus having access to a washer and dryer). Our only issue was parking (too narrow).

Loved this place! Very nice, modern and clean. Much better than renting a hotel. Nice pool in back too! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying there but the condo wasn't clean and neither was the pool. Took 2 days to have pool cleaned. The condo floor was filthy and the entire condo had about 2 inches of dust everywhere including the ceiling fans. The bed in the master wasn't that confortable but was ok.
