SURFSIDE I & II
108 E. MORNINGSIDE
These 2 bedroom units are located in a nice complex that is within 2 minutes to the beach (1/4 block). They are nicely furnished with fully equipped kitchens, microwave and phones. A swimming pool, hot tub and laundry facilities on the premises make these units a reasonable vacation spot for the budget minded. Three stories with balconies, no elevator. All rentals from March 1st -April 4th will be assessed a $50 fee.
