The fact that we are returning in 2014 tells it all. This condo complex is small but just right for us. Clean, modern and well kept by the owner. Having a garage is a real plus.

Its a great rental for a couple of days. when we came in the doors couldnt open but we called the furcron guys and they solved it up.
The apt has a great view of the bay, close to the beach (just one block) near the bridge and with a great pool. We have stayed at other (more expensive) condos, none of them better.Response from Furcron Property Management Co. - 05/17/2013

Our family had a great time! I thought this property was ideally located on the Island. With small children it was nice to be in short walking distance from anything we might want to get to.
I loved the view over the bay! The pool was wonderful; beautiful and relaxing for the adults and tons of fun for the kids. I wish I was there right now!!
P.S. If we ever got the chance we would also go back to this spot without the kids!
