We have never rented a condo before and this exceeded our expectations. Location: first floor; able to just walk out to the beach and pool area.
Size: spacious, beats staying in a hotel. Very clean!
Kitchen: nice to have, but only used the refrigerator.
Washer and dryer won bonus points!
Security was tight and the friendly maintenance man worked hard at keeping everything clean.
Suggestion: The twin beds were a little uncomfortable being placed against the walls - I suggest arranging them so they don't touch the walls. -

The only problem encountered during our stay was an inadequate supply of towels. There were several people in uni & for a beach property, there should be many more towels available.
