What Past Guests Are Saying
This was supposed to be a family vacation with family from out of state! We should've checked out when we walked in...
broken furniture, broken light fixtures, no working grill (almost electrocuted) , it became a running joke with our family about how every dish in the pantry leaked , chipped and or broken, no ice maker - broken, back door had to be closed by almost throwing out your back, every piece of furniture or wall was either scratched broken or stained.
. Ac unit never shut off (thermostat had a lock) upstairs and downstairs occupants were freezing every night.Third bedroom on first floor was probably a mudroom made into a bedroom.Did I mention all the worn out furniture? The owner had the audacity to take money out of our deposit for towels that were supposedly stained and the extra time it took to clean the condo. Tried to reason with www.rentonpadre.com and they were extremely rude and responded by saying, "It is what it is."

This guest did have some issues when they checked in. We are very proactive and sent our Property manager over right away to handle all of these problems. Our property manager said that this guest was very happy with everything he did. We have a property manager who is on call 24x7 in the event that something does happen during a stay in one of our condos.
Frustration actually came from the guest after they left. We had some stains on some towels and wash clothes that we could not get out. These towels belong to the owner and had to be replaced before the next guest arrived. We normally can get the stains out of towels, but this time we couldn't. We don't like to charge guests for this either, but after trying three different stain removers, the stains would not budge. We would like nothing better than to not have to charge a guest for for stained towels and linens.

Great time had by all!
Our group gathered over the Bike Fest weekend with friends and family coming from Dallas, Austin, San Marcos, San antonio, and Harlingen. Our group grew bigger as the check in date got closer. Fortunatly, the accommodations were more than adequate. The upstairs Master suite had a nice jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There was a washer and dryer as well. The kitchen on the second floor was great for entertaining, and fully equipped. There were balconies off each room and the living room as well as a downstair patio with two Bar-B-Que pits that we used one afternoon. There were T.V.'s in each room. The two car garage was able to hold 7 motorcycles and the driveway held our two cars and 3 more bikes! The management were more than accommodating and the guard at the gate was very friendly. There was a short walk to the beach as well as pool and playground facilities. We were just a short distance from the Convention Center also. We all agreed that we would be back next year!

The stay was awesome, villa was gorgeous. It was very clean and homey and the family enjoyed their time between the beach and the neighborhood pool. We will look into this rental again next year as we plan our annual trip to SPI. Thank you.

Nice Gated Community with Easy Beach access
It was a nice, comfortable condo that has a very safe, short walk to the beach. The community pool and children's play area were nice. There was plenty of room for our family of nine.
I would use this company again - for sure! They were very accommodating. Excellent service and attention.
