Our BLUE MOON beach house is located at 123 E. Huisache. This 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath home has a beautiful pool and kiddy pool (Hot Tub Not Available) in a middle of a tropical landscaped back yard area. The living area consists of a two sofas and rocking chair with a large screen tv. The kitchen features full size refrigerator,stove,microwave and dishwasher and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The dining area features a table for nine persons. Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 12:00 noon ( PLEASE, throw trash in the outside trash bin and wash your pots & dishes, when you check out. )

With some TLC, this home could be a 5 star property. My husband and I stayed here for 2 months. When we walked in, there were dead bugs all over. Evidently they had sprayed for bugs but no one cleaned up after. All of the counter tops were sticky, we spotted a few roaches in the kitchen, the bedroom carpet was very dirty, and the ceramic tile was dirty. The coffee pot and the toaster need to be replaced. We contacted the rental agent and he sent over someone to spray for bugs, someone to clean the carpet, and brought over new dishes and new pots and pans. On the patio two chairs were broken with only 2 chairs to be used. The rental agent brought over a new set of chairs. We ended up enjoying our vacation after this because the rental agent was so accommodating. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach. The bed is very comfortable but the sheets need to be replaced. Sorry to say that the pool was too cold to swim in. It would also be nice if the owner got the hot tub fixed and did some yard clean up. I would recommend for a large group with plenty of room to spare.
