This beautiful three bedroom/three and a half bathroom home is perfect for a family vacation. The home is located in a gated beachfront residential subdivision called Villa Doce. Enjoy great views of the ocean from the oversize balcony facing the pool area. This home has two living rooms, brand new furniture, is 2,500 square feet, comes with flat screen TV's, wireless internet, BBQ grill and a two car garage.

This beach house has every amenitie you could possibly want with the exception of sitting directly on the beach,although one balcony does feature ocean view and the private beach access is only a few steps away and your there! The house was spacious, clean, wifi & tv all worked great. We were there in February, the gated neighborhood was very quiet, there were very few around. We experienced some minor maintenance issues which my husband took care of and a plumbing issue in which management had to be called due to the city working on water lines. Management was available whenever needed,friendly, trustworthy and very helpful with area information. The location is ideal for beach walking, walking to area restaurants and shops. Having a kitchen was not necessary, the food on the island is amazing! We plan to winter in this area from now on, highly recommend this beach house and SPI Rentals.
