Spacious 2400sqft. 3 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath Townhome on the Island with a private pool. All bedrooms have their own full bath for a more comfortable stay for everyone. Our home also has a full kitchen and an open floor concept in the living and dining area for great gatherings. Another great thing is that you're only walking distance to Beach, restaurant and entertainment. Can't you just smell the ocean breeze already? Hope we can serve you for your next vacation stay. Mr. Aguirre was so easy to work with -- nothing was complicated with him. Let me tell you, the pictures do not do this home justice. This family chose the furnishings with great care and comfort in mind. The balconies, one overlooking the pool and the other in the master bedroom were fabulous. This home provides lots of room to move around in. We were three couples and were never in each other's way or felt cramped. The kitchen is stocked with good cookware and even had seasonings & condiments on hand. The living room is great for hanging out or watching T.V. All I can say is, "wow!" Thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Aguirre for opening up your home to for others to enjoy. I say rent it! You won't be sorry. We had a splendid time!

The owner was very friendly and responsive. He wanted us to feel at home, enjoy our stay and we did. The townhouse was large and very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and eat in.
Good restaurants nearby. Easy access to the beach.
Would definitely rent this place again. -

Starting with the ease of the reservation, I was so impressed of how quick I received a response by the owner when I inquired about the property,considering I was short on time to reserve. Upon arrival,we found a very pleasant atmosphere. The open concept on the top floor was a great area for our family of 6 to dine and entertain. All you need is to pack up your clothes,toothbrush, and snacks (food)because this home has every single amenity you can think about just like home.We also enjoyed the eateries and Hot-spots that are only a short walking distance away. The beach access is also steps away. It was such a pleasure to deal with very friendly and compassionate owners.

Had an amazing time on our stay at SPI. The 3 bedroom condo owned by Mr. & Mrs. Aguirre was amazing! Beach side, walking distance to all the local hot spots. The place to stay when vacationing with the family or just to get away!

The rental process was easy and convenient. Once we arrived we were greeted by a cooled home. The house really had everything they promised and more. The upstairs living area was big enough for all of us to enjoy dinner together. The bedrooms were also nicely furnished and each one had its own bathroom which made it convenient when everyone was trying to get ready. The two balconies were also a nice feature especially the one off the master suite since it gave us a perfect view of the fireworks show.
The house is easy to find and is a short walk from the beach. Everything else is nearby.
What I liked best about this place is that it didn't feel or look like a rental. -

Our go to home away from home. We have stayed at this townhome three times in the last year. By far the cleanest, most comfortable, convenient, beach filled environment ever! Big Bedrooms, large kitchen & huge living room area & for the rental price... unbeatable! Some of the best perks are that it's off Padre blvd & walking distance from the beach. Highly recommended.
