My family and I really enjoyed the stay, the area is very calm and everyone was very friendly... the. House was in perfect conditions and very clean by the time we arrived...everything was provided and we felt comfortable!

Went with my wife and two teens to south padre island, Texas during spring break. Wanted a small place to stay near the beach and walking distance to most attractions. The rooms, kitchen, and living room was small but good enough for my family. The pool area is fine but the hot tub was not operating. It's a duplex area downstairs. Good stay. Privacy was my only concern because it was a duplex, however I would stay again.

Thank you for the response. Our vacation home is a cozy getaway near the beautiful beach of South Padre Island. The unit is perfect for families looking for semi-private place. It beats a 300 unit high rise that all share one pool area.

We stayed at this duplex for our "honeymoon" in June, 2010. We remarried each other after being divorced for 7 years. We rented both the upstairs and down and took all 3 of our children as well as our 4 grandchildren. We had such an awesome time that we are all returning this June. You can sightsee, walk to the beach, or spend your vacation in your own backyard. We all recommend it!!!
