This cottage has one bedroom with a double bed, a second bed- room with two twin beds and a third bedroom with one twin bed. There is also a glassed-in front porch that has a single futon. 365 Wilson has one full bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also an enclosed shower outdoors. The living room has skylights and a ceiling fan. There is a TV and a VCR but there is no cable. There is, however, a TV antenna on the roof and a digital converter which allows you to get some reception from Boston broadcast stations. We've been coming to Surfside every year for the past 10 years, and love it. As our family has grown, we've migrated from Beach Walk (great for couples, especially with the new renovations!) to Sea Breeze to Piney Branch to another World. All are wonderful. We've stayed at another World (with my 70 year old mother-in-law) now for the last 6 years. It's nice and comfortable with a bathtub, full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a TV with a DVD player. The kids love playing on the floor in the livingroom and sunroom. We have a wonderful, relaxing week - biking to Great Pond on the bike trail (only .5 miles away), eating at the French bistro (also .5 miles), surfing and walking at the ocean beaches (Le Count Hollow is a 5 minute walk away), and getting lots of fresh air. Last year we had both sets of parents, a sibling and his fiance, and the extended family of a friend come to stay at Surfside at the same time, because they heard we loved it so much! Highly recommended. Another World replenishes our Zen!

We have enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Everything was perfect and we were very close to the beach. The welcoming by Normand, the manager, have been very appreciate. Normand took the time to give us good information about Wellfleet. Will come back to surfside cottages and we will recommend it to our friends and family.

We were excited about the location near the sea, and the look of the cottage. But the deception from the maintenance, cleanliness inside and outside ( the patio chairs were so dirty, we never consider eating outside) was a shock at that price. If the owner's want to charge 2000.00$ us a week they should consider having a cleaning staff coming in on sunday and put the place together. We had to to do a day of cleaning coming in and an another one going out.
It could be a great place we a little effort from the owners.

Manager
Based upon this review, we have contracted with a new cleaning service for the 2011 season that will will ensure the cottage is clean and in order before the arrival of each and every renter.
The white plastic lawn chairs were discolored and remained so despite cleaning. The cottage owners were notified and advised to replace these.
New for 2011, A new composite picnic table in the back yard and new chairs, a new dishwasher in the kitchen and the TV antenna was replaced with a satellite dish (many more channels now).
