Piney Ridge has two bedrooms each with one queen size bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds.There is one modern bathroom with a shower and there is also an enclosed shower outdoors. The living room has a fireplace, loveseat, sitting chairs and a dining table and chairs. There is a screened porch too! Piney Ridge has a gas BBQ, a picnic table and a clothesline outdoors. A coin-operated laundry is available on the property with washers and dryers. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans. Wellfleet is just heaven. It is friendly and down to earth. There is more to do than one is able. Every outside activity is available. Just about every entertainment is there as well, much of it at no cost. We biked, hiked, jumped waves, minigolfed, saw indoor and outdoor theatre and more. The cottage was perfect. It is simple and clean. Steps away from the beach. A short walk from three wonderful bakeries. Lots of great dining and farmer's market options. It is just off the main road so very quiet. We walked back to the beach each night to view the stars. A perfect cottage and a fabulous vacation.

We love surfside cottages over the year, and this is the first time we stay at Piney Ridge. The cottage is cozy, rustic, and perfect for non-electronic relaxation. We sat by the fire many nights and the hot outdoor shower was refreshing. The only improvement I can see is updating the bathroom with a better sink. The skylight over shower was nice. Service provided armand was 5 stars! Had the cottage open and heat running for us when we arrived.
Will be back to Piney...

For more than 20 years, Piney Ridge has been our home for for Columbus Day week and we hope it continues to be so for at least 20+ more years!
This cottage is tucked just off the road, so the traffic noise is minimized and it's chock full of most everything you'd need for a week - if you decide to cook.
We truly appreciate the owner's philosophy to keep the cottage as a seaside cottage and to keep the electronics to a minimum!

We've stayed at Surfside Cottages many time, but this was the first time in the Piney Ridge cottage. This cottage reminded me of the many pleasant times that I spent in Cape Cod when I was growing up. Piney Ridge maintains the simple classic Cape cottage, with knotty pine walls, three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, on the National Seashore ( minutes walk from the beach in a relaxed and quiet setting. The cottage was clean and check-in and check-out were a snap. The bathroom is upgraded with skylight in the shower. The kitchen had all of the utensils, pots, pans, and dishes one would need for a relaxed stay with simple but elegant meals.

The 2 of us, plus our dog, had a wonderful stay at Piney Ridge! Everything was at least as good, if not better, than advertised. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need and the living room has a great fireplace that is priceless on a chilly evening. Hearing the surf crashing on the beach while in bed is pretty awesome! We loved the fact that we could walk just 2 or 3 minutes and be right there at the ocean! One of our favorite things about Piney Ridge is the private, screened in front porch...wonderful for relaxing breakfasts and afternoon reading. Having a skylight over the shower was a true bonus. Happy to say the 3 of us will be returning for a week in September at Piney Ridge!!

My husband and I have stayed at the Surfside Cottages now about four times. The cottages are clean and only a short walk to the beach. We have a dog we like to bring along which is another bonus staying here as not all places allow pets. We enjoy going off season when it's not real crowded, the rates are lower and with the cooler nights we really enjoy using the fireplace. The management is friendly and helpful if you need something, otherwise they do not bother you.
We find it a very relaxing place and look forward to it each year.
