Walk just 150 feet across grass and gardens to a beautiful expansive 500 foot, private, soft white sandy beach on warm Nantucket Sound ocean waters. This clean romantic cottage is in a private oceanfront cottage compound surrounded by lawn and gardens. Enjoy the convenience of everything you need for relaxing on the beach living in your cottage by the sea. Cottage features a freshly painted cathedral-ceiling ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Charming, ocean view bedroom with king-size bed, its own romantic fireplace and reading alcove. Ocean view, well equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and utensils. Tables and c...hairs outside for relaxation, lunch and late evening romantic outdoor dinners. Brick charcoal grill. Relax on lounge chairs by the grass border overlooking the 500 foot beach. Surf cast from the jetty. Use the fresh-water outdoor shower overlooking the beach to rinse off salt and sand. Walk the mile-long beachfront to Bass River light and pier to watch the boats and fishermen.

Playground with swings, climbing gym, shaded gazebo etc. is a short beach walk from the cottage.

Plenty of closet storage space and bookshelves in the main room and master bedroom. Surrounded by gardens and grass perfect for play areas, lounging or eating outside. Off the main roads, yet easily accessible to shopping, recreation and restaurants. New pillow top mattresses on all 3 beds.

In the cottage you'll find maps and our own personal detailed Cape Cod Guide with information including directions and phone numbers with activities for kids and adults including restaurants, museums, activities, destinations and walks.

Widescreen Samsung HDTV on swing arm for optimal viewing, plus BLU-RAY DVD player.

  The location was great. Away from businesses and touristy places, but very close to drive to everything. Beautiful beach just across the grassy lawn and down the stairs. Cottage was immaculate and well furnished, tons of storage space. Chairs up on the grass if you want to get away from the sand. My husband, teenage daughter, and I enjoyed our week very much and would certainly stay here again.

  Awesome vacation/reunion at Seaside Cottages!!!

  Five generation family reunion - all family members in nine cottages... My wife and I stayed in cottage number 22... sleeps 4 - very spacious for 2. Housekeeping and groundskeeping done daily and friendly staff to assist when needed! Cottages come with cookware, utensils, dish soap, linens, towels, and a hair dryer. Short walk to the beach for sun, sand, and fun. Great barbeque areas and short drive to attractions and restaurants... Very Relaxing... The hot water is very hot... so use caution! We highly recommend and hope to return some day!

  Thank you but this accurate review is not for our cottage! Our cottage is in the same compound, is fully equipped including a widescreen HDTV and has a separate bedroom with king sized bed.
