The great room is comfortable with a built-in wet bar including wine fridge and access to the deck. A master suite retreat encompasses the seco...nd floor with a deck looking onto the water, walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom with a jetted two person tub and separate glass enclosed shower. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The property is on a .50 acre lot with a large, grassy fenced yard.

Outside, listen to music from the built-in speakers and look at the ocean from the large deck appointed with a wrought iron table and chairs (seats 8), a 12 foot umbrella and a professional Wolfe grill with piped natural gas. There's a a step down to a second outdoor seating area with a fire pit, restaurant ice maker and cushioned wrought iron swivel chairs. The fully fenced-in yard is perfect for children and privacy. The yard is beautifully landscaped with vibrant hydrangeas, roses and a multitude of colorful annuals.

Home is on a small, quiet, ocean side street with no through traffic (private, for residents only). The ocean is across the street from the house affording beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, master suite and decks. Resident only access to beach is located diagonally across the street. Restaurant with ocean view deck is a three minute walk away. Jet ski rentals, banana boat rides and ocean side bar are a 1/4 mile walk down the beach.

Suggestions for Area Activities: FREE Cape Cod Baseball League games almost every night. 'For diehard baseball fans ---- and even for casual followers in search of pure entertainment -- the Cape Cod Baseball League provides the opportunity to enjoy some of the finest collegiate talent in the country. BIKING: The Cape Cod RAIL TRAIL follows a former railroad right-of-way for 22 miles through the towns of Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham and Wellfleet. Its paved surface, few hills, and well-marked automobile crossings make it ideal for cyclists.

The beaches of the Mid-Cape can be found on two separate bodies of salt water—Nantucket Sound to the south and Cape Cod Bay to the north. These have the Cape’s warmest waters. Nantucket Sound is fed by warm southern waters, and its relatively shallow depth of about 40 feet, sandbars that stretch as far as Nantucket, allows it to hold its warmth.

On the bay side, the tidal flats of the Mid-Cape heat up the north side waters as they ebb and flow over the sand, which has been baking in the sun. The best time to swim in these waters in when high tide occurs late in the day and the sun has all day to warm the sands.

On the whole, beaches in this long middle area of the peninsula are not as affected by currents and rips as the Lower Cape. There are also a number of beautiful lakes and ponds offering freshwater options.

  Every inch of this beautiful house is impressive beyond words. The kitchen is spectacular. Unbelievable views, and fenced in yard. Great for kids playing. Walk across street to beach. Easy location. This house was "higher end" than our usual summer vacation - and I felt like I was staying in a mansion. Don't miss out on your morning coffee on the deck! The children and teens really loved this spot as well.
