1Q, 2T, 1Futon South Yarmouth Vacation cottage, near Bass River and short drive to Smugglers Beach, near dining & shops on Route 28 and more!

Corner location, near so much in the Yarmouth/ Bass River area, and home is located just a few minutes from Exit 8 from Route 6. This home sleeps up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms and a den with a queen futon and has 3 window A/C units. Other features include, fully outfitted kitchen with breakfast table that includes toaster oven, coffee percolator, Keurig machine, microwave, lobster pot, and washing machine (dryer is located in basement via bulkhead). The Den has additional dining area, a Fut...on, and a TV. The Living room has nice seating with flat screen TV, DVD player, and wood burning fireplace.

There is a Queen bedroom off the rear of the home and the front bedroom has two twin beds, all with wood floors. The full bath is located between bedrooms and living room and has tub/shower combo. This home also features wireless internet, CD Player, 4 beach chairs, back yard picnic table with privacy fence, and a gas grill.

There is off street parking for 3 cars and a cozy fenced rear yard. Station Ave. has sidewalks leading to Route 28, great for heading down to dining or to fish on Bass River or Long Pond. Smugglers beach is approximately 2.3 miles away, Bass River Bridge is less than a mile away, also Bass River Marina for Boat and Kayak rentals and two waterfront dining options. Bass River Golf Course is also less than one mile away.

  My family enjoyed our stay at 57 Station ave. The house is older, but I find that to be charming. The only suggestion I have for this location is that there be more than one trash barrel. We ended up bringing home garbage to dispse of it at home. The other suggestion is to make certain that the cleaning staff thouroughly clran. There was a lot of dust under furniture, which triggered some allergies.

  This is a venerable property in decent shape just not ready for rental convenience with a dryer in a basement only accessible from the outside and no dishwasher. No coffee maker and thin on cooking utensils and other necessities. No walking beach access as advertised. I'm sure this house is nostaglic for the owners, but lacks basic essentials required for renters. Don't bother.

  This is a cute home rented for $995 a week, this guest was not a happy guy to begin with, called right away because he could not find a spatula for the grill or coffee maker. Ther were 2 in kithchen cabinet, and new grill tool there also. I advised owner to put a coffer maker on counter so its easily found. This owner even leaves towles for guests to use and its cute as a button for a budget rental close to everything as listing states, walk to town short drive to Smuggler Beach!
  
  Owner stated he left broken beach chairs, so perhaps he feels not being happy allows you to damage others property and leave the next guest shorted. Bah hum bug on him.
