W33. Modern poolside studios with water views

There are two studio apartments available for rent: the property codes are W33A and W33B, which are priced separately. Each unit suits two persons only, and each has a private entrance, private bath, and exquisite kitchen arrangement.

Finished in limestone and fine porcelain tiles, handsome furniture, and in an exclusive area of Southampton, these units will attract guests who wish to lounge by a large, freshwater pool and Jacuzzi, while marveling at water views that are stunning from dawn to night.

When rented together, W33A and W33B would make ideal accommodations for two couples or a family of four with older children, who are... looking to vacation in a serene setting. Guests of both units have access to the elegant pool, the Jacuzzi, and comfortable outdoor seating.

Laundry facilities can be made available to guests staying for 8 nights or more. The residence also features a gym for guest use at no extra charge, providing the equipment is left in good order, with: two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike machine, and a weight machine.

W33A is the poolside studio suite, with a King size bed (which can be made into two Single beds) that has large drawers underneath for convenient storage. There are two sets of French doors from the suite, both of which allow you to step right onto the pool deck and enjoy spectacular views of the Great Sound.

The completely tiled suite has a three-piece bathroom (with shower), and kitchen which is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all utensils necessary to cook a magnificent meal. There is a small dining table with two comfortable stools for indoor dining.

W33B is the lower level studio suite, with all of the amenities you will need for a very comfortable vacation. Tiled throughout, the immaculate apartment has a Queen bed, large closet, and a three-piece bathroom with shower.

For all of your cooking needs the fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils. Your delectable meals can be enjoyed at the studio suite’s dining table, or while you gaze at the water views at the outdoor dining set beside the pool deck, where the barbecue can also be accessed.

Both W33A and W33B each have an outdoor dining set, as well as a barbeque. All guests are welcome to enjoy the many lounge seating options on the spacious pool deck.

The suites also both have air conditioning, ceiling fan, and TV. Phone, internet access, and cable TBA.

The immaculate studio suites are located in a quiet residential area in Southampton Parish.

About a 5 minute walk from the residence is Rockaway Ferry stop (from which you can take the Fast Ferry right into the city of Hamilton's harbour), and a bus stop that conveniently runs along Middle Road.

The nearby Hog Bay Park is a great walking trail with water front, and West Whale Bay is very close by.

For golfers this location is extremely close to Port Royal Golf Course, well known for its hosting of the annual PGA Grand Slam.

  After spending multiple hours researching accommodations for a week in Bermuda I stumbled upon this new offering. My boyfriend and I stayed in the bottom apartment of the two and we couldn't have been more pleased. The home is located in a nice area where you're a 15 min scooter ride to the dockyard and a 20 min ride to Hamilton. You're about 10 min from Horseshoe on the Southshore. If you'd rather, there's also a bus stop that's a 5 min walk from the apartment.
  
  The studio unit appears as it looks in photos and they've furnished it beautifully. Additionally, we found that we didn't need to bring anything ourselves outside of food. They've appointed the unit with beach towels, snorkeling sets for two, dish soap, trash bags -- you name it. The unit's gym is nice and the owners offered us their washer & dryer as well. We couldn't have asked for better hosts.
  
  In hindsight, the top unit is a bit nicer but we'd stay in the bottom one again. Long story short, you won't find a better deal on the island for such a lovely place. We found ourselves wishing we weren't leaving and debating renting both units for a possible future stay!
