We were very pleased with this home. It was clean and the amount of extras provided was awesome. The distance to the beach is a plus as it is a very short walk. You cannot tell from the picture, but the home is somewhat secluded with trees and landscaping, which we also thought was a plus. We were close enough to Duck to bike (with the bikes that were provided there) to dinner and shopping. The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived; however, someone arrived the next day to take care of that problem, and we did receive a refund for the lost pool time.

This house is wonderful. The owners obviously put a lot of care into this home.
The pool and hot tub are great, especially when the ocean is rough or too cold.
The pool table is nice, especially for the evenings and when the weather does not cooperate for outdoor activity.
There is ample room for a whole crowd of folks.
The walk to the beach is not too far and there are plenty of bikes to cruise around the neighborhood or for the adventurous, to wander up to Duck for a bite or a bit of shopping.
All-in-all, this house is great...we have enjoyed it for the last 4 years! -

The house was much more than we expected--very spacious and attractive. We enjoyed using the bicycles. The pool table was a plus. Never had such a selection of CDs (over 200). Not sure about the actual count, although I wish there were more oldies. The large swimming pool was a plus when the weather got too hot for the beach. The nearby marina inabled us to bring our boat. However, it would be so much more convenient if rental was week day to week day instead of Sunday to Sunday. How pleasant it would be not to deal with stop and go traffic from as far back as the bridge.

The house was just great. It suited our needs to a tee. We had 5 children and 8 adults and we wanted for nothing. The house is so well appointed and had more amenities than we anticipated. Great place. Great location. Great time was had by all.

We (husband and wife, children, and grandchildren) love this home and have stayed here for the past five summers. It is beautiful and homey and very well equipped. The owners update and add new things every year. We can't wait to go again next year!
