Great location. The design of the house is great for two families with kids with great room/kitchen/dining area. However the older hi-fi equipment and no wifi left the kids and busy adults driving up the street to send an email. It also seems to be in a dead spot for cell coverage. So if you are looking for that in a vacation, which you should be, this is the place.

We enjoyed the house, although there were a few things that needed to be fixed when we arrived, and it is somewhat dated. There is no cell coverage and no internet and only basic cable, so it was a real getaway but a problem when we needed to contact people coming in to the area. Outer Banks Blue never delivered the Welcome Kit despite being called several times. The beach is about 3 to 4 blocks away, a ways to carry lots of gear or if you have to go back to get something. The beach was very clean and not too crowded, the fishing was good, and the people were all friendly.

The house was a short walk to the beach, but the beach chairs and umbrella were a joke. When the appliances broke, management sent someone quickly to repair them. The furniture was adequate, but the TV screens were small. If the owners put more into the extras, the house would be great!

Upon our arrival we noticed the countertops were very sticky. We also noticed that the table in the screened in area was FILTHY. There was an unpleasant odor in the family rrom downstairs, this odor may have been coming from two large stains on the carpet. There was a set of blinds missing from the window in the master bedroom. We finally located them in the closet. I contacted the office and a maintenance man arrived the next day. I did not speak with him but another family member told me that he was very friendly.
In other condos that we have rented they had pool tables game systems and other things there for teens to do. It would have been nice to have some of these. I also think it would be nice to have larger televisions in the bedrooms. -

The house is nice with a nice set up, but when we checked in we found mouse droppings in the kitchen - yuck! Our service call was handled promptly by your office - thank you for that.
The stove did not work properly - 2 of the burners did not get hot.
The microwave was difficult to operate as the front is coming off.
The dryer did not dry my items, even after 2 cycles! And yes, the lint trap was clear.
When we were moving out we found the remains of a papya - the rind and seeds - that totally grossed me out as we did not eat papya - who knows how long it had been there.
