We stayed at Pelican's Flight the 3rd week in June and it was everything that we were looking for in a vacation home. The community was well maintained and the location was so convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. Our family of 8 fit very well in this spacious home. All the beds were comfortable and the house was found clean with everything that I needed in the kitchen. We brought along a blow-up mattress and converted the game room into a 5th bedroom for our oldest son. The only negative thing we encounter was on our departure, the cleaning service showed up about two hours early. Traveling with a large family, we almost never vacate until the very last minute. She sat in her car and gawked at us as we were packing up the car. Everything else was wonderful.

This house has been recently upgraded with flooring, etc. Bathrooms were almost too nice for a beach house and everything was very clean. The a/c could have been better on the bottom floor but considering it was 100+, we were comfortable and it was super cool on the kitchen/family room floor.
Great TVs in every room, close to the beach...Convenient.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens, and a child) rented this property at the end of June. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Everyone loved the spacious, modern showers, and my youngest enjoyed the game room. You have a view of the ocean and the pier, and the beach is just a short walk away. The beach itself was great and the pool, while small, provided an alternative for those days when the water was a little choppy.

My family and I loved our stay at Pelican's Flight. It was the most wonderful location. Even though we were semi-ocean front, we could see the ocean from our living room and decks and it was a very short walk to the beach. We had two elderly individuals with us and they had no problem walking back and forth. The house was very clean. The only problem we had was the fact that there were no sheets on the beds or linens in the house. However, after a call to the office, someone wss there within minutes and made the beds for us. We have no complaints. As a matter of fact, we are planning to try and rent the same unit next summer.

Rented house in June. Weather was great. My children and 2 two grand daughters were with us. Was great seeing the little ones have fun. House was great. Great location. Close to beach, stores and places to eat. Could have used alittle more pots and pans. Decks were awesome. Sat out every evening and watched Swiper the fox walk the boardwalk between our place and the hotel. Some of the beds were uncomfortable. Would rent it again.
