This is a very special home with a terrific view of the ocean and great accomodations inside. The openess is delightful. It's clean and well decorated. Also the location is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Check in service was less than five minutes and friendly. The home has an open floor plan and feels more like a home than a rental. Big plus was the new hot tub on the upper deck overlooking the dunes and surf. We loved standing on the deck with morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the beach in both directions. Would have liked screens on doors and windows for ocean breeze without running aC.

We have vacationed in numerous other Outer Banks houses and locals and this may be the best of both. The layout of the house, the view from the living area and decks, and the privacy of the community, all make this a place we would love to return to. Besides a few minor issues due to the home's age and the affects of weather on it, this is the perfect beach rental. We can understand why the price is going up for next year. It was quit that bargin in 2011.

Great location, terrific views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, user friendly house, cable not connected so bring Dvd's if you want to watch TV.
