We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks every year for the last twelve years, with the last three being in Southern Shores at Dolphins Liberty Call. This has to be the best vacation house we have every been in. Unfortunately our group has gotten smaller and there is no longer a need for this size house.
We will miss it. -

Everything about this house is spectacular. We return here over and over because it is so family friendly. we have a wide age group of 1 people and everyone loves it, It is "our beach home" at least for a week.

The location was not ideal due to the one way in and out road that was congested many times. -

This was our third or fourth time staying at Dolphins Liberty Call. We love the location and the view of the ocean through all of the windows is spectacular. Every day the dolphins went by and performed for us. We were there for two weeks and could have stayed longer. The house is very nice and the kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine. They added some flat screens televisions in the bedrooms which was a plus. Maybe a few more DVD players would be nice. Some of the rooms had the "old" VHS players that are outdated now. But overall I would stay there again. The service was great as well. The cleaning lady was there to greet us when we arrived-I remember her from before. She explained everything to us, gave us the keys, and wished us a great vacation. We did call Resort Realty because of a few issues, and they sent someone out that same day to take care of it. They were very helpful.

Because this was to be our 40th anniversary vacation and reunion of our two sons and their families who have been apart for 10 years we wanted it to bew special.
This wonerful home and ideal beach weather made our dream vacation all that we had hoped. -

Everything about Dolphin's Liberty Call was exceptional. The location, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort were all above and beyond. The view of the ocean from the upstairs was fabulous!

Dolphins liberty Call is the best house we've rented in the more than 20 years we've been coming to the Outer Banks. This house has everything you need to make a great vacation. We have stayed up and down the coast from Corolla to avon and think Southern Shores is the best location with the best access to shopping and amenities with the least frustrating traffic all week long. The beach is well maintained as well.

This rental property was very clean and comfrotable for our family. We love the beach and the location of this property was ideal.The hot tub was great! Having extra beach umbrellas and chairs was a great help! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. One problem was that refrigerator oin the kitchen was small for the number of people in the house and a garbage disposal would be really nice.
This house really felt like your home away from home and our vacation was wonderful! -

What a fabulous weeks vacation! This home was perfectly sized and in the best location...quiet, yet just a short drive to Duck...our favorite little town. The hot tub location, the game room and pool table were great!! We love to cook, and I must say the kitchen was well stocked. We were all so happy we chose Southern Shores area and Resort Realty! Wonderful memories were made that week...

Can't beat the location right on the beach with private walkway & deck, hot tub, billiard table, huge place, 3 master bedrooms, all very clean and neat, kitchen well equipped, beach toys & umbrellas. Early check-in is the only way to go - like getting an extra day.
Minor oversight that rental company did not provide the welcome package and spare keys.
Location was northern end of Southern Shores, close to Duck - very convenient to both Duck and Kitty Hawk / KDH.
Missed having a community pool like we have had in Sanderling - but weather was so nice this year it didn't matter much.
Highly recommend this home!

Everything was perfect from the size of the home to the fact everything we needed was right there.. even beach chairs. The kitchen was loaded with all kinds of neat things and great cookware!!! There is absolutely nothing I would change.. nothing!!!

The house more than met our expectations. The view was spectacular and the house is incredible. Anything that you would want is provided for you. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms are beautiful. There was enough space to provide privacy for all of us. We felt very at home.

This was our second time in this house. Very spacious and well equipped. Very large kitchen and a nice pantry. All the bedrooms are big also. Large decks and the hot tub on top of the doons was terrific. We stayed with another family and had a fabulous time. We saw dolphins swim by almost every day. Hope to return next year!!!
The early check-in is great too.
