We have been vacationing at the Outer Banks for 12 years. We have spent our last five visits in Southern Shores at 4Ever Young. We have received good service from Southern Shores Realty and the house has had everything we could need. The owners have continuously made improvements over the years and they have certainly met our needs. We enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and we especially enjoy the pool and hot tub! The open floor plan on the main floor is nice for family meals and hanging out in the evenings. I would say what I like least about the location would be having to cross the road to get to the beach; but even that has improved since last year a "Yield to Pedestrians" sign at the crosswalk was added and it has been much easier crossing the road with our 4 children. I would highly recommend 4Ever Young to anyone looking for a house to stay in at the Outer Banks.

We had a wonderful time at Forever Young! The house had everything that we needed. The walk to the beach was short and we loved the pool and hot tub! VERY Relaxing place to stay, quiet and secluded with many trees around. Could even see the ocean a little from the top deck! Thank you for a great place to stay!

we really enjoyed our vacation at this place. the house is very nice. all kind of helpful accessories you need in the kitchen, for the beach , at the pool , etc. is available. all rooms were is excellent shape and very clean ! we plan to come back any time in future .

Fabulous, relaxing vacation. Everything the beach should be. Accommodations were wonderful...relaxed and fun for our family. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked the vacant July 4th week and are returning again this year.

This was our third year to stay at this cottage and it is the only cottage we would ever rent again. We rent it with our daughter and her family and it is ideal for two families. The main draw for us was the saltwater pool; after swimming in it, we were hooked. We also like the location; a quiet neighborhood with access to walking/biking trails and walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and very organized. We always felt right at home while we were there.

This was the first time my family has stayed at a rental property. We had a great experience. The house was wonderful and was very close to the beach. The pool and other amenities were amazing. We had a great first experience here and look forward to returning.

The 4everyoung vacation home is a bonus for the family. You will call it your home by the end of the stay.
The view for the upper deck is soothing from the hot tub.
Bring the family and prepare to relax with everything you could want in home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great with the pool, hot tub, decks, etc.
I would recommend that the refrigerator in this house be replaced. It is rusted, did not work great and is an eyesore when it is opened. It is not what one would expect in this type of home.
Overall, the house is a perfect vacation spot! -

Overall this vacation home was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone. The sound system in the den was great, as was the well maintained and carefully planned pool area. The rooms had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. Except for the lack of some sort of music setup for vacationers at the pool area, this home provided a carefree and memorable stay while at the Outer Banks!
