VERY CLEAN HOUSE - WELL LAYED OUT - HAD PLENTY OF OUTDOOR SEATING AND INDOOR SEATING - BEDROOMS WERE BIG AND CLEAN PLENTY OF DISHES IN KITCHEN AND COOKING UTENCILS - HAD WASHER AND DRYER WHICH WAS USEFUL - LOCATED IN A VERY GOOD SECTION, CLOSE TO MANY THINGS - OVERALL HOUSE WAS A VERY GOOD DEAL FOR THE PRICE

We enjoyed our stay at Banana Wind. The pool is well maintained as well as the hot tub. The only drawback that we would give the Mighty Banana is that there is now real easy and safe access to the ocean side. You have to walk along the very busy Duck Road to get to the closest and safest public beach access. Other than that our stay was terrific and would recommend the home.

Our sons and their families thoroughly enjoyed our week at Banana Wind! It is a nicely furnished home with great play areas for the grandchildren. Having the refreshing pool so conveniently located was a delight indeed! Several of the children overcame their fear of the water and have become enthusiastic swimmers.

The house was perfect for are family vacation. The only complaint we had
was no direct access to the beach, we had to walk along the highway to get
to the beach. Though it was only a short walk and we still enjoyed are stay. -

House was nice and heated pool was wonderful. There was no extra charge to heat the pool so I thought it would not be very warm. First thing I did when we got there was stick my toe in and it was VERY warm. Which was nice because the week ended up being VERY windy and cool. The draw back to this house is the road noise - pool is SO close to the road and the traffic is non stop- even off season. I can't imagine what it's like during peak season - or how you'd pull out of the driveway.

We loved the home, it was everything it said it was and maybe better. The sodding makes it very nice so that you can use the backyard for various things. Loved the pool area, lots of chairs and umbrellas. The grill was nice and the kids loved the ping pong table and volleyball court. It was spacious and laid out very well. The only thing that was on the downside is the distance to the beach but it was not that bad. Taking alot of stuff is hard because it is a 3 block walk and if you have children to take and then all the stuff too. Can be a bit of a walk. Otherwise it was wonderful. We stayed in the pool most of the time anyway. We would definitely stay there again.
